Management of Tractor plants implements mobile opportunities of EDMS

The Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), not the first year which is successfully applied in work of the enterprises of the machine-building and industrial group "Tractor Plants Concern" (Machinery & Industrial Group N.V.), gained further development. For the purpose of automation of process of approval and registration of agreements the CEO "The companies of corporate management "Tractor Plants Concern" Mikhail Bolotin signed the order "About introduction to commercial operation of a subsystem of "CompanyMedia-Dogovory".

As the head of legal department "The company of corporate management "Tractor Plants Concern" Nadezhda Kaleeva explained, it is one more step to business process optimizations of concern which will allow to sign more quickly agreements and to prepare contractual documents.

So reconciliation procedure of agreements and contractual documentation by structural divisions and their registration will pass exclusively in electronic form now, on paper carrier the documents which already underwent the necessary procedure will be signed by the management that substantially optimizes and will accelerate a contracted work at the enterprise. Implementation of this subsystem will allow to provide on the one hand full control over a contracted work, with another - will give an opportunity at any time to obtain all necessary information on this or that agreement, since the moment of its receipt in society and before its complete execution.

In commercial operation the subsystem "CompanyMedia is Agreements" ("SM-Dogovory"), developed by InterTrust company and implemented by specialists of department of information technologies of Tractor Plants Concern, is entered since April 2. Control of a design and the conclusion of the electronic agreements still in employee competence of legal department of Concern which with little effort mastered new technology. Within a month they will make necessary changes to regulations "Office-work concerning agreements and contractual relations". Technical maintenance of process is performed by employees Inform Standard Software IT company.

The solution of a task became possible thanks to connection of mobile jobs of iDocs providing an opportunity to work in the CompanyMedia system on iPad tablets.
