2024: Moving to Directum HR Pro

UTair Airlines has transferred personnel processes to Directum HR Pro. Directum (Directive) announced this on May 20, 2024.

More than 5 thousand UTair employees are familiar with personnel documents, request and receive certificates, as well as issue vacations in electronic form. According to the results of the introduction of Directum HR Pro, airlines expect savings of 50 million rubles. per year.

The changes affected all employees (ground, flight, technical personnel) and top managers.

As a result of the project:

  • personnel processes have become transparent: all changes are monitored in the system, control over the coordination of documents has been established;
  • significantly reduced time and labor costs for printing, delivery, backfilling of documents;
  • planning, agreeing, postponing vacations go faster: applying for and agreeing on a vacation now takes 5 minutes instead of half an hour, as it used to be;
  • only in the first month of operation, due to the refusal of paper, it was possible to exclude about 3 thousand documents from the document flow; forecast - 10 thousand documents per month;
  • employees have a "single window" for interaction with the employer.

Interest in personnel electronic document management in the UTair Group arose during the pandemic, when responsible specialists had to sign documents with employees remotely. The extensive geography of the company's presence, the traveling and remote nature of the work of employees supported the intention to connect to the CEDO. Another prerequisite was the entry into force of the laws of 377-FZ and 407-FZ, which gave the business the "green light" to switch to a new format.

The Directum HR Pro system was chosen because it meets the requirements of import substitution, is flexible to the needs of the company and provides an ecosystem of solutions for different business tasks.

In the near future, UTair plans to translate into a figure new types of vacations (without preservation, student, under a collective agreement), as well as processes for canceling/recalling from vacation at the initiative of an employee and employer.

The plans also include switching to electronic approval and signing time sheets, organizing remote employment, abandoning paper journals to familiarize yourself with internal documentation. It is also expected to introduce an archive for the long-term storage of legally significant electronic documents and migration from the previous document management system to Directum ecosystem solutions.
