Opening of a multidisciplinary center in Moscow

"Clinic Fomin" opened a multidisciplinary medical center in Moscow. The company announced this on November 16, 2023.

Raising 1.2 billion rubles from the TilTech Capital fund

On March 10, 2021, the TilTech Capital investment fund, among whose co-owners is the founder of the Vkusville network Andrei Krivenko), announced the investment of 1.2 billion rubles in the Fomin Clinic. The parameters of the transaction, including the estimated value of the medical network and the investor's share in it, were not disclosed.

The funds received will be directed to the construction of 10 clinics for women's health "Clinic Fomin," as well as to the development of the genetic laboratory Medical Genomics. The opening of clinics in Nizhny Novgorod, Ufa, Kazan, Perm, Samara, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Rostov, Volgograd and Voronezh, as well as a new laboratory site in Moscow is scheduled for 2021.

TilTech Capital invests 1.2 billion rubles in the Fomin Clinic

To solve routine problems on the network, it is planned to introduce an expanded version of the Asya intelligent system, which helps doctors make decisions based on evidence-based medicine. In addition, it is planned to launch new directions (obstetrics and hematology) and begin the use of artificial intelligence in ultrasonic diagnostics.

Ilya Kobyakov, Managing Partner of TilTech Capital, explains the fund's interest in the Fomin Clinic by its high manufacturability, which, according to him, allows business to grow rapidly. The parties expect that the opening of new facilities will increase the network's revenue by 7 times and by 2024 it will reach 10-12 billion rubles a year, Vedomosti writes.
