2013

The net profit of the company grew by 13% and was 27 million rubles. Income from communication services provision grew by 9% in comparison with the same period of 2012 and was 304 million rubles. Revenues of TransTeleCom-YuV from rendering services of broadband access in the Internet (ShPD) to individuals and the enterprises of medium and small business for 2013 were 107 million rubles. In comparison with 2012 this indicator increased by 33%. The total revenues of the company for 2013 grew by 5% and reached digit of 388 million rubles.

TransTeleCom Southeast increased financial performance first of all at the expense of the growing subscriber base and expansion of a coverage of communication networks. For last year the number of private subscribers of a TTK-YuV increased by 35%, corporate clients - for 7%. The technical scope of network of broadband access in the Voronezh, Lipetsk and Tambov regions increased by 20% to 130 thousand households", – the CEO of TransTeleCom Southeast Evgeny Shevchenko commented.

2012

TransTeleCom Southeast (TransTeleCom-YuV), the regional enterprise of TransTeleCom company, announced at the beginning of 2013 results of activity in 2012. Income from communication services provision grew by 15% in comparison with 2011 and was 278 million rubles. The total revenues of the company were 370 million rubles, having increased by 11% in comparison with previous year. The net profit of the enterprise was 24 million rubles.

Income from rendering services of broadband access in the Internet (ShPD) to private users increased by 2.5 times in comparison with 2011 and was 35 million rubles.

The number of retail subscribers of a TTK-YuV for 2012 grew up more than twice, corporate clients by 2.4 times. The general technical scope of networks of broadband access in the Internet (ShPD) in the cities of presence of a TTK-YuV increased more than twice and today makes about 107 thousand households and more than 100 objects of a commercial real estate.

TTK-YuV provides services of Internet access in FTTB technology to residents of Voronezh, Lipetsk, Rossosh, Tambov, Michurinsk (Tambov region), Liski. In Tambov and Lipetsk services of cable television are also available.

2011

Income from communication services provision grew by 27% in comparison with the same period of last year and was 242.2 million rubles. The total revenues of the company for 2011 were 332.2 million rubles, having increased by 20% in comparison with 2010. The net profit of the enterprise grew by 68% and was 20.6 million rubles.

Revenues of TransTeleCom-YuV from rendering services of broadband access in the Internet (ShPD) to individuals and the enterprises of medium and small business for 2011 were more than 76.2 million rubles. In comparison with 2010 this indicator increased almost by 1.5 times.

2010

Total income of TransTeleCom Southeast, regional enterprise of TransTeleCom company, in 2010 was 276.9 million rubles. Revenue from operator activity increased by 16.8%. The total revenues of a TTK the Southeast at the end of 2010 reached 276.9 million rubles that for 11% exceeds a similar indicator of 2009. Revenue from communication services grew to 193.3 million rubles, having increased by 27.5 million rubles in comparison with last year. The net profit of the company in 2010 was 15 million rubles.

Long-distance and international (MG/MN) telephone communication became the most demanded service last year. The number of the organizations connected to this service for last year grew twice. Today the total quantity of corporate clients of a TTK the Southeast by this type of service makes 1,257 organizations among which there are industrial enterprises and financial institutions, educational institutions and also the state federal agencies.
