2020: VimpelCom bought WestCall

According to the Prime agency, citing FAS data, the decision to approve the transaction was registered on June 11, 2020. The value of the transaction is not specified.

VimpelCom acquired WestCall

Founded in 1996, WestCall by August 2020 operates only in Moscow, while there was previously a business in the regions. It was terminated after Er-Telecom bought 100% of the St. Petersburg branch for almost 4 billion rubles, and Rostelecom acquired the Samara structure of AIST from a telecommunications company for 1.4 billion rubles.

According to the SPARK-Interfax system, before the deal with VimpelCom, 100% of West Call Ltd LLC belonged to the Cypriot Wintergate Holdings Ltd.[1][2]

2013-2014

2012: Revenue growth by 17% to RUB 4.2 billion

2011

Telecom operator "West Call" has passed voluntary certification of the company's quality management systems in the field of design, installation and commissioning of electrical networks, communication lines and equipment. As a result of the audit, this quality management system of the group of companies was recognized as complying with international standards. The certification body was the Interecoms quality management system certification center. According to the center, today the register of organizations certified by TsSSK Interecoms in the field of design and construction includes a little less than twenty large Russian telecom operators operating in the Moscow communications market.
