Comindware Tracker, in particular, allows to create, automate in the visual environment and to quickly optimize processes, to organize object management (requests, requirements, orders and others), to automatically appoint tasks to the employees. Comindware Task Management is the free application of Comindware Tracker, it is distinguished by the friendly interface in MS Outlook style, unlimited hierarchy of tasks and an opportunity to manage tasks, including through MS Outlook.

2012

Mobile version of Comindware Tracker

In September, 2012 it was announced expansion of opportunities of the innovation web solution Comindware Tracker for effective management of business processes and tasks. Updating includes support of mobile browsers – now it is possible to work with the application with any Android devices and iPhone, iPod touch, iPad.

The possibility of Comindware Tracker allows employees to perform and manage tasks and processes most quickly. Setting and tracking of tasks, approvals and executions of requests, discussions, introduction of the requests given in a form, loading of photos and documents in tasks or forms of approval are available not only in the most popular browsers now, but also in mobile devices – it is possible to work with the application with any Android devices and iPhone, iPod touch, iPad.

Other big improvements of the solution include:

  • opportunity by e-mail to create tasks, to start process of approval or execution of requests, orders, requests, agreements, etc.;
  • Web Services API for flexible integration into other applications;
  • a number of improvements for increase in convenience of work of users.

Cloud version of Comindware Tracker

In November, 2012 Aflex Distribution, the representative of Comindware company, announced a release of the cloud version of a flagship product of vendor – Comindware Tracker. Management of joint workflows, projects, tasks and tracking of requests is available in a cloud environment now.

From now on users can use the software as service in Comindware cloud unrolled on resources of Amazon if the data access of business projects from any place in the world without the need for acquisition and service program and the hardware is necessary for them. Besides, the option of use of the internal software license placed on the client's server is possible. Both options provide identical functionality and the accessibility from mobile devices, at the same time it is possible to select one of three languages – English, German or Russian.

Cloud implementation supplements constantly growing possibilities of the solution including the program interface (API) on the basis of web services for easy integration of Comindware with other management systems CRM, for example, ERP EAM and other solutions. Among systems which are most often integrated with the products Comindware it is possible to select 1C the Enterprise SalesForce CRM, Survey Gizmo, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics.

2013

Comindware Tracker and abilities to manage business processes in Microsoft Outlook

The Comindware company provided the updated product Comindware Tracker which will expand abilities to manage with business processes in Microsoft Outlook, the press service of vendor reported on August 21, 2013.

One of key advantages - a possibility of adaptation of Comindware Tracker to different working conditions. Comindware Tasks for Outlook integrates tasks, workflows and abilities to manage projects in the Microsoft Outlook interface, turning this application into the uniform instrument of interaction of employees. With the new version of the product MS Outlook receives complete functionality of management of Comindware workflows, allowing users to start business process directly in Outlook, without need to switch in other application.

Upgraded version of Comindware Tracker facilitates the beginning of work with a possibility of import of all data to a system directly from files of Excel.

Among other improvements of Comindware there is a workflow setup simplification which can be made in the user interface now, without switching in the administration mode. Contextual hints will also be useful to users.

2014

Comindware Tracker on the Microsoft Sharepoint platform

22 May, 2014 Comindware announced release of the version of Comindware Tracker on the Microsoft Sharepoint platform. Thanks to integration into Microsoft Sharepoint, the functionality of Comindware Tracker becomes available in the SharePoint interface, usual for many users. It allows to reduce significantly costs and to reduce efforts to implementation of the new application and also to implement the investments enclosed in the existing software.

2015

In Comindware Tracker advanced security settings, notifications and interface

In January, 2015 Comindware expanded functionality of the flagship product of Comindware Tracker. Along with new features and advanced security settings the release of a product includes the updated interface for users of mobile devices.

The updated mobile version of Comindware Tracker is executed in the easy, intuitive user interface. With its help managers will be able quickly to approve requests, to comment on tasks and also to control progress of their accomplishment 'on the run'.

At the same time, expanded security settings and notifications of the new version of Comindware Tracker allow to set business roles of participants of process, to flexibly configure them and also provide observance of policy of difficult passwords by users of a system that guarantees the maximum data protection.
