dialog messenger is a multi-platform messaging service. Launched by Dialog in the summer of 2016.


The company offers two solutions:

  • Dialog SDK is a customizable messenger for Web, Desktop, Android[1] and iOS[2].
  • Dialog Corporate Solution is a self-hosted solution for organizing corporate communications with wide possibilities of scaling and integration with third-party services.

2023: Inclusion of Russian products for the digital workplace in the map

Integration with MyOffice

On November 15, 2018, the company Dialog"" announced that it had signed an agreement with New cloud technologies"" on a technological partnership to integrate the corporate communications platform dialog cloudy with the products "MyOffice Private Cloud" and "MyOffice Professional." According to the company, together application with MyOffice Mail, software products form a full-fledged system (UC unified communications).

According to company representatives, the integrated solution will allow you to support collaboration in document management systems, corporate portals, CRM and task managers, connect corporate telephony, geographical maps and external calendars.

Obtaining licenses from FSTEC

On September 19, 2018, it became known that the Dialog messenger received confirmation of the possibilities of safe work with information of corporate and government clients. The Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEKRossia) issued 2 licenses to the developer of the messenger, LLC Dialog: for activities for the technical protection of confidential information, as well as for activities for the development and production of means for protecting confidential information.

The first license - the so-called CIPF - applies to services for the development and production of means of protecting confidential information: software and technical means of protecting information, protected software and technical means of information processing, software and technical means of monitoring information security.

2016: Plans to integrate voice analytics and voice biometrics technologies

In the fall of 2016, it became known that the Russian developer of solutions for corporate communications Dialog and the structural unit of the corporation AFK Sistema , the innovation development center LLC "," Communication factor are jointly developing biometric audio-visual mechanisms authentications for accessing internal and confidential information, convenient services for exchanging voice messages and their transcription into text.

As part of the cooperation, the smart technologies of Factor Communications will be integrated into the main product of Dialog "dialog messenger."

Among the first joint projects is the integration of technologies for speech recognition and understanding, speech analytics and voice biometrics into the messenger.

On the basis of this solution, several functions will be implemented in dialog messenger at once: multifactor authentication of users to access the sections for storing confidential and "sensitive" information, password recovery and control information, decryption of audio messages with the possibility of instant translation into another language.

High accuracy of speech recognition and understanding, voice biometrics and multifactor biometric authorization in linear products of the company Communication Factor is achieved through the use of machine learning algorithms and deep neural networks.
