Heado (before Giftoman) is the cloud system of operational management of retail sales.

2020: Integration into Artix

On March 3, 2020 it became known that ATOL and HEADO companies (before Giftoman) began cooperation with the purpose of mutual development of technologies and solutions. Within the first joint project integration of HEADO service into the software of the Artix brand – the supplier of cash solutions for automation of the retail entering into ATOL group was performed.

Integration into Artix

Possibilities of software products of Artix are expanded by implementation of digital service HEADO – the tool allowing to create the general information space for monitoring of sales on all chain of command. Operational information of all shops in work is fixed in a system upon implementation at once and allows to manage network on a centralized basis: provide accomplishment of daily processes and observance of rules, to perform continuous collection of data on sales and their processing and also to put plans to shops for every day and to monitor their accomplishment.

The electronic assistant to HEADO is preset in a software package of the cash equipment of Artix and is available to use right after activation. Possibilities of a free tariff plan allow to integrate effective control techniques outlet into work. A set of the functions provided in a rate are enough for the purposes more than 90% of clients of "ATOL".

In case of further transition to a paid rate users of Artix have enhanced capabilities of management of shops: increase in quantity of the indicators processed by a system and a possibility of their any setup, control of sales of goods on commodity categories and disciplines of opening and closing of outlets and also automatic control of the calculation on the most demanded goods. The support service of Artix and the authorized partners will help to configure the assistant's configurations according to requirements of the company.

Change of the name with Heado

Since August, 2019 the Giftoman brand received the updated name — HEADO (hedo). The solution to replace the company name and a brand is caused by how strongly the product "Electronic Director" evolved in recent years.

There began the company with a loyalty system for visitors and buyers for a raising of sales and quality of work of shops. Then switched to work with linear personnel of outlets to involve them in work, in accomplishment of plans and to facilitate their daily routine work. Gradually the product extended and included directors of shops, heads of groups, area directors, category managers, technologists, logisticians, storekeepers and the most part of management companies of clients.

According to developers, the product began not just "help", it undertook "management of standards of work" for each connected shop. Evolution of a product and the company showed that the name "Giftoman" ceased to capture the product essence. As a result the decision to change the brand name to HEADO — Hedo — Golova, mind, intelligence on service of retail chain stores was made.

Features of Giftoman

For January, 2019 Giftoman system:

How it works

Giftoman is a robot for accomplishment of retail sales plans. He undertakes all daily routine tasks:

  • Puts the plan for every day
    • At the beginning of every day sellers and the shop director receive plans for the present day from Giftoman. A system calculates them, proceeding from the monthly purposes and features of sales of each specific point.

  • Influences personnel

    • After each sale of Giftoman recalculates the forecast of accomplishment. If the forecast is less than set plan, a system influences personnel through applications and notifications, trying to obtain increase in activity and accomplishment of the delivered plans.

  • Reports

    • The company executive obtains all data on sales and accomplishment of plans in real time. Giftoman constantly analyzes a situation and in advance will inform if the shop requires additional attention.
