ITooLabs Communications Server virtual PBX

The ITooLabs virtual PBX is the telephone platform for telecom operators (SoftSwitch Class 5) allowing to start for only several days cloud automatic telephone exchange with the magnificent interface, excellent functionality and under the brand (White Label).

The ITooLabs virtual PBX has the magnificent interface, but at the request of the operator own, unique interface can be also developed. In addition to basic functionality (the voice menu, audio conferences, the black list, management of numbers, etc.), ITooLabs is selected in the market with advanced functionality: ready integration with amoCRM, Bitriks24 from a box, open REST API, notifications about passed, autocall-down and many other things. The platform is integrated with own ITooLabs Communicator softphone.

Service is available as from ITooLabs cloud (by the principle of PaaS), and can be set in data center of the telecom operator.

The platform is integrated with billing of the operator on CDR/RADIUS and also has an opportunity to completely automate sale of virtual PBX and numbers via the website, thanks to powerful SOAP API.

For the end of 2015 50 telecom operators in Russia and 15 operators in Europe and Asia use the platform.

2015: Integration of automatic telephone exchange from ITooLabs and the Hydra from Latera

On November 17, 2015 it became known of integration of the ITooLabs virtual PBX platforms and a billing system the Hydra (the developer Latera company). According to a joint statement of developer companies, it is the Russia's first strategic union between telephone and billing vendors^[1].

According to specialists of the companies, initial integration allows operators to start as fast as possible the virtual PBX and to begin tariffing of clients. ITooLabs and the Hydra have rich API allowing to be integrated with the website of the operator and to implement automatic purchase of numbers and automatic telephone exchange without participation of the manager.

Roman Artyukh, the chief executive of Latera, told:

"Us and ITooLabs integrated several general clients long ago. Partnership and integration — logical development of our relations. We hope that our joint solution will be pleasant to telecom operators".

Ruslan Dinmukhametov said:
