The Network of Computer Clinics, whose branches are located throughout Russia, provides services for diagnostics, software installation, prevention, configuration and repair of computer equipment. The network has also launched an online service order management system.
The Computer Clinic Network is a federal network of authorized service centers that is created on the basis of existing MERLION service partners and develops through a franchise system. The first Computer Clinic opened in August 2007. As of spring 2020, there are more than 80 clinics in the network in 70 cities of the Russian Federation.
Services
The system, organized on the basis of a web portal, is conceived as a tool for interaction between manufacturers and franchisee partners. It is assumed that its capabilities will make it possible to systematize and speed up the work of branches for the service of equipment by automating the filling in of a large number of documents of various formats. In addition, operational access to a single database of spare parts and repair registrations allows you to automatically calculate the cost of work and profit of each branch, as well as generate the necessary statistical reporting. Financial and commodity balances are formed in real time, information on the types of products, types and prices for the work performed is updated. The system provides for the ability to synchronize manufacturers' databases with their own database.
The main goals of the project are to meet the need for a growing audience of Russian users of computer equipment in a centralized high-quality service and increase the availability of services. Computer clinics focus on servicing ready-made IT products: PCs, laptops, printers, uninterruptible power supplies, speakers, etc.
A single centralized provision of additional services has been introduced: diagnostics, software installation, configuration and repair of equipment. This innovation ensures transparency of services and pricing for clients of Clinics.
2018
- In 2018, the retailer opened over 30 stores, including full-format and points of issue and execution of POINT online orders.
- The share of sales on the Internet amounted to 18% of the turnover of the entire network, which in monetary terms - 1.9 billion rubles.

2016
For the ninth year of the existence of the "Network of Computer Clinics":
- The 8 (800) -302-03-94 hotline telephone has been started.
- 10 new clinics opened and four new clinics opened each quarter;
- the third clinic in the city was opened in Kazan and now this city, along with Voronezh, is the "champion" in the number of Computer clinics;
- the network came to Vladivostok (the opening of the clinic is very soon, follow the news!);
- the network became an authorized Rufavor.ru service center and began to provide service for equipment supplied to Russia from China through this B2B platform (15 new authorizations were received *);
- our own warehouse of spare parts has been increased and now on an area of 2000 square meters. m. Their range is much larger, delivery to clinics is faster, which ultimately affects the price, and therefore the cost of the services of the Network of Computer Clinics.
