ID-Management Technologies is the Russian company, the developer of software solutions in the field of IT, specializes in provision of services of development, implementation, maintenance and development of corporate systems of enterprise management and electronic document management systems to a broad spectrum of the enterprises and organizations, first of all, of fuel and energy complex, telecom industry, banking and public sector.

ID-Management Technologies work at the Russian IT market since 2010.

The company is a developer of the Documino ECM platform intended for content management and business processes by means of two basic solutions: SEDO and Electronic archive.

The platform Documino is entered in register of the Russian software the order Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications Russia of 2/22/2019 No. 63 (Reg. number software: 134528). It allows to automate completely processes of customers in the field of document flow and office-work, including problems of input, placement, accounting and storage of primary financial and accounting and contractual documents and also the design estimates.

Other solutions of the company are under construction on software products from leaders of world and Russian IT market in the field of document management, resource management of the enterprise, asset management, a business intelligence and integration of business applications – SAP OpenText (Documentum) 1C Abbyy Qlik ClickSoftware.

Key clients of ID-Management Technologies – the large enterprises and the organizations having complex structure of production and economic assets, first of all, in the fuel and energy industry, mechanical engineering, telecommunications and public sector.

Performance Indicators

2017: Revenue grew by 150%

The ID-Management Technologies company, system integrator, summed up the work results for 2017. Revenue of the company in relation to an indicator of 2016 grew by 2.5 times due to sale of consulting services and software and made 1.3 billion rubles. The staff of system integrator was increased for 5% up to 132 people. The large federal enterprises of the oil and gas and electrical power industries remained key customers of the company in 2017.

Last year the company deepened the examination in the field of implementation ECM- solutions on the platform OpenText Documentum. Practice EDMS generated to integrator about a half of total sales in 2017, generally due to scaling, upgrade and maintenance of earlier implemented systems in the large organizations of industrial and state sectors.

Implementations of resource management systems and production assets of the enterprises became another the significant areas of work for ID-Management Technologies. 40% of projects of integrator in 2017 are implemented on the SAP platform, about another 10% of projects — on the 1C Platforms. In 2017 ID Management Technologies expanded the cooperation with SAP, having become the authorized partner in cloud solutions of SAP in Russia.

In 2017 such areas of work as integration and development of own solutions based on the free software are open. According to experts of ID-Management Technologies, the IT landscape allowing to take any data and to manage any information of the enterprise without switching between systems and interfaces is interesting to customers, using different devices in any point.

Creation of such information ecosystems of the enterprises will become one of development priorities for us in 2018. Technologies of the free software will allow to solve difficult integration tasks and also to provide big customers with the industrial solutions which are completely localized and supported in the territory of Russia — Roman Konovalov said.

History

2019: Growth of the state by 15%

On December 24, 2019 the ID-Management Technologies company announced accomplishment of the plan for building of staff in connection with development of the key business directions. So, from 200 people for the end of 2018 the staff of the company grew by 15% – up to 230 employees.

The active expansion begun by the company in 2018 continued also in 2019. It is connected with expansion of the division developing projects on implementation electronic document management systems (EDMS).

First of all, according to the statement of representatives of ID-Management Technologies, such dynamics is explained by inclusion ECM- platforms Documino (own development of the company) in register of domestic software Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation at the beginning of 2019. The platform received recommendations for purchases state structures. Besides, within a year the company achieved confirmation of compatibility of Documino with a row the Russian IT- developments and also signed partnership agreements on implementation and development of the platform.

The direction of SAP in 2019 also grew – in the company the program of development of trainees to the level of consultants of initial level for implementation and support of solutions of vendor started.

2018: Growth of the state more than by 1.5 times

The number of staff of ID-Management Technologies company increased for 2018 more than by 1.5 times in comparison with previous year — to 200 people. On December 27, 2018 TAdviser was reported about it by representatives of ID-Management Technologies. According to them, active expansion is connected with a number of large projects which were received by the company. ID-Management Technologies are going to increase further the staff to 230 employees.

As told in the company, replenishment happened on several activities. So, more than twice — up to 100 people — the staff of the division which is engaged in electronic document management systems was increased.

Among the Russian system integrators at ID-Management Technologies — now one of the biggest the Practician of EDMS. It is important strategically for the company as it is demanded at the large geographically distributed enterprises in the fuel and energy industry, mechanical engineering, telecommunications and public sector — main customers of ID-Management Technologies, said in the statement of the company.

At the same time, Practice of 1C where the company implemented the project of process automation of asset management on a basis 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 more than twice increased and also develops competences in 1C: Holding Management and 1C: TMAR Technology maintenance and repairs of equipment.

Besides, ID Management Technologies opened project office in Irkutsk as a part of 6 employees. It not first regional division of integrator. As of December, 2018 at the company wide geography of activity: 14 employees work in St. Petersburg, 4 — in Krasnoyarsk, 4 — in Krasnodar, 3 — in Astrakhan.

2017: Participation in the ratings of CNews and TAdviser

In 2017 the ID-Management Technologies company showed the highest growth rates in the market and entered in top-20 the Russian solution providers in the field of a business intelligence, according to Big Data Russia the "Business Intelligence and in 2017" overview. The rating and the overview are prepared by CNews Analytics and consider financial performance of the companies for 2015-2016.

According to the results of a ranking of analytical center TAdviser where data on the income of the largest service partners of SAP for 2015-2016 from the corresponding services are provided, the ID-Management Technologies company took higher place and entered in top-10 the largest companies rendering services in a support and maintenance of SAP solutions, having shown dynamics of growth of revenue in 7%.

2016

State registration of the Universal Designer of EDMS program

On April 27, 2016 the ID-Management Technologies company received the certificate on state registration of the computer program "The functional module "Universal Designer of EDMS".

"The universal designer of EDMS" is a software product which will allow specialists of customer companies in most cases independently (without involvement of developers) to create electronic document management system (EDMS) and to manage settings of the created application solution.

The joint solution with ABBYY

On October 5, 2016 ID-Management Technologies and ABBYY companies presented the joint solution on process automation of scanning, recognition, verification and creations of the corresponding objects in ERP systems (SAP, 1C), or the friend, specially developed software regarding processes of management of technology joining of consumers to the electric networks, accounting of electricity consumption and accounting. The solution is developed based on software of ABBYY FlexiCapture and SAP ERP.

Creation of directorate on technology development

In ID-Management Technologies company since January 1, 2015 the Directorate on technology development is formed. Architects with work experience in the field of creation and implementation of corporate management systems were a part of directorate. This division sets the task of development of a product line of the Company regarding development of solutions for automation of different business processes of the enterprises on the basis of the open source (OS) and other platforms. These solutions will be focused on a broad spectrum of the enterprises of domestic economy. The directorate was created within the development strategy of the company which considers current trends of the Russian market of IT technologies, including the course towards import substitution announced by the country leaders in all branches of the economy.

2012: Projects on EMC and SAP

For June, 2012 in staff of the company 26% of specialists of practice of EMC and 32% of specialists of practice of SAP are officially certified.

Projects of the company are based on software and hardware platforms of world leaders of the industry of IT: Cisco, EMC, SAP, IDS Scheer, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Mincom, Oracle, Red Hat, VMware, etc.

Process automation of office-work, document flow and archiving

Main product of the company is the automated system of managerial document flow (ASMDF) developed by the order and in close interaction with specialists of Federal Grid Company of the Power pool system. The ID-Management Technologies company is a methodologist, the auditor and one of developers of this of the largest in Europe (May, 2012) of the existing solution on the platform of a product family of EMC "Documentum".

The ID-Management Technologies company is an owner of legally confirmed rights to implementation and completion of system ASUD JSC FGC UES, including change of the source code of a system, on the basis of the license agreement with JSC FGC UES No. 62924 of 6/2/2008. The ASUD system is unique as from the point of view of number of users (more than 10,000 for May, 2012), numbers of the documents addressing in a system (on average over 1 million 200 thousand documents a year), and in terms of geography (practically all regions of Russia). Business of processes of document flow the solution on the organization of corporate electronic archives which allow to provide the structured storage and processing of all types of documentation, including project and estimate became development of the concept of automation.

Implementation and maintenance of enterprise management systems based on SAP solutions

For 2012 more than 38,000 companies, many of which are included into Fortune 500, use SAP solutions for business management. According to Gartner Dataquest, SAP surely wins first place in the world markets of software solutions of the class ERP.
