Netrika LLC is a Russian private company specializing in the creation of digital platforms and IT solutions for state structures of the federal and regional levels, a center for IT expertise in project management in the public sector. The company is part of the investment holding N3 group (data as of August 2022).

Netrika is included in the register of organizations accredited by the Ministry of Digital Industry of the Russian Federation operating in the field of information technology, and has the entire list of necessary licenses (FSB, FSTEC, Rosreestr). The quality management system complies with GOST R ISO 9001-2015.

Netrika creates and implements information systems for automation of such areas as management of regional investment projects, budget and investment construction, human capital, education, public services, interaction of government and society, management of state institutions.

Register of Russian Software

The register of Russian software was replenished with three more developments of the St. Petersburg company Netrika, a center of expertise in the field of informatization of the public sector. Netrika opened a representative office in Moscow

The goal of opening a project office in Moscow is to strengthen Netrika's presence at the federal level, support regional projects, and strengthen the company's production resource.

The Moscow office employs project managers, experts, and a number of technical specialists. The head office of the company remains in St. Petersburg, where the key resources of Netrika are concentrated: industry experts, a team of programmers, engineers, specialists in usability, interfaces and ergonomics of IT systems, testers, expert consultants, project managers. Business growth of 66%

Netrika grew by 66% in 2015. The total revenue of the group of companies amounted to 518 730 000 rubles. The key growth drivers were federal IT projects, the introduction of its own developments in the field of healthcare and education, and the replication of IT solutions in the regions. In 2016, the company predicts an increase in the number of employees by 20-30%.

Revenue was distributed in the following order: software development (finished software, design software) - 80.5% (417,493 tr.), IT services - 19.5% (101,237 tr.). All projects were implemented for the public sector of the Russian Federation. Almost 100% of revenues are based on the sale and implementation of proprietary software products - N3. Healthcare, N3. Procurement, N3. Automation (including those delivered under the SaaS model).

More than 100 new government contracts concluded

In 2015, more than 100 new government contracts were concluded.

The key federal projects for Netrika in 2015 were participation in the creation of the federal segment of the IS "Contingent" and the development of the search and navigation system "Goskar" for the portal of public services of the Russian Federation. Regional informatization projects in the field of health and education were actively developed. New areas of work have appeared - informatization in the field of construction and personnel workflow, as well as HR recruiting for the public sector. In particular, Netrika, together with HeadHunter, has developed the first state HR project in Russia for the region - a personnel portal for the Administration of St. Petersburg (http://hr.gov.spb.ru), thanks to which a tool has appeared for those who want to get into the civil service.

The new regions in which Netrika implemented IT projects in 2015 were the Pskov Region, Krasnodar Territory and the Republic of Buryatia.

In 2015, the company opened an internship program for students of the leading St. Petersburg technical university ITMO, became a member of NP RUSSOFT, became a member of the Center for Cluster Development of St. Petersburg in the IT direction, together with the HL7 association and other partners for the first time in Russia applied promising international standards in IT projects for healthcare, implemented a number of complex large-scale projects related to the automation of the activities of state authorities.
