Xora a ClickSoftware Company

ClickSoftware Technologies, the solution provider for control automation by mobile personnel and optimization of service activity, announced in March, 2014 that she completed the transaction on acquisition of Xora Inc, participant of the market of cloud solutions on management of mobile personnel. ClickSoftware purchased Xora Inc. for $15 million including all working capital and assets. Xora will save the name and will exist as ClickSoftware-XORA a ClickSoftware Company subsidiary company. Ann Bonaparta the former CEO of Xora, will continue to direct the company as the President.

The combination of Xora and ClickSoftware creates the uniform company with a unique width and depth of solutions for much bigger market coverage "from some hands". ClickSoftware strengthens the leading positions, offering clients broader spectrum of cloud applicaions for management of mobile personnel. Xora receives benefits from the international presence of ClickSoftware and access to products for optimization of service activity. This acquisition will also allow to expand the ClickSoftware market in a segment of SMB (Small and medium Business) and opens a sales channel through the chief world operators of wireless and mobile communication. ClickSoftware which already manages the largest community of mobile employees will add 130000 users of Xora to the to more than 500000 user base now and will be able to separate still further forward from the competitors.
