In order for our graduates to adapt as quickly as possible in a new workplace for themselves, they need to get all the necessary practical skills at the training stage. This is not only about additional weeks and months of stay at enterprises as interns, but also about creating conditions for a real acquaintance with the technological process, its economy, and so on. To do this, on the basis of a number of companies acting as our partners, special training and production clusters have been created, where students can get the appropriate competencies, including independently, under the supervision of experienced mentors, to work on this or that equipment. We are undoubtedly interested in expanding the list of such sites, - said Vladimir Litvinenko.
