The Navigation information center of administration of the cargo motor transport of Moscow is provided

Specialists of a project team in work with government institutions of Advantum company finished in 2017 the main works on design and creation of an automated system "Navigation information center of administration of the cargo motor transport in the city of Moscow" (Research Center AGAT).

The system of Research Center AGAT is developed for Center of the organization of traffic of the Government of Moscow (TsODD) for the purposes of process automation of control of observance of the restrictions operating in the territory of the city for cargo transport. Within the implemented functionality on the recorded violations the reports based on data of monitoring of the movement and parking of freight vehicles weighing more than 12 tons within MKAD and on MKAD form. For the most exact tracking of location the data obtained from navigation systems GLONASS or GLONASS / GPS and also data of video cameras are used.

The solution provides the automated creation of optimal routes on a cargo framework – the list of streets on which the movement of cars weighing more than 2.5 tons is authorized, – with the minimum arrival in a residential zone. A system creates optimal routes of the movement on the basis of the objects serviced by transport that allows to systematize cargo flows and to minimize driving through residential quarters.

A system automatically registers violations of 8 types in the daily mode and provides the register of the recorded violations to operators for decision making about cancellation of the issued admissions. A system analyzes violations of the set restrictions: deviations from the routes permitted for the movement, lack of transfer of navigation data, abuse of regulations of the intertrip parking, not visit of the points of the loading/unloading/parking stated when obtaining the admission, etc.

By Research Center AGAT it is integrated with RNIS of Moscow and the system of photo video of fixing. The solution is expected receiving and data processing more than from 200,000 vehicles and the analysis of more than 800,000 tracks for transport day.
