Transbaza is an online service for finding and renting construction equipment, equipment and commercial vehicles. The use of the online platform Transbaza optimizes the process of finding customers and interacting with them, optimizes the internal business processes of rental companies and opens up new development paths for transport companies.
Structure

2022: As part of the solution of streaming insurance of rental transactions
SK Absolut Insurance and TRANSBAZA offered the market an innovative model of streaming insurance of rental transactions. This was announced by Transbaza on June 6, 2022. This is a comprehensive rental and insurance solution that will improve the efficiency and profitability of the rental business. Now all transactions carried out through the platform are automatically insured, and the insurance premium is included in the rental price.
The current insurance rate grid is 5% -10% of the rental rate depending on the type of insured equipment. Offering such an attractive insurance price for rental companies became possible only thanks to the system of smart scoring of tenants implemented in TRANSBAZA. The insurance period is from one day, and without restrictions on the minimum amount of the insurance premium.
The insurance policy for each lease transaction accepted in the TRANSBAZA system is automatically issued and protects the rental company from the risks of theft, damage to equipment and non-return. When the lease terms are extended, the insurance policy is also extended automatically. At the same time, while the tools and equipment are in the warehouse of the rental company, they do not need to be insured. Loss settlement is also automated in the TRANSBAZA system and occurs as simply as possible up to 5 days.

Launch of special equipment rental project
On May 21, 2019, Transbaza announced the launch of the project trans-baza.ru. The project started in several pilot cities of the Moscow region: Istra, Solnechnogorsk. The service will be useful both to large owners and tenants of special equipment (construction organizations, contractors, utilities), and small businesses, individual entrepreneurs.
Transbaza combines solutions in the automotive//taxi transport business taking into account practical experience in the construction business. This is a "real marketplace" with which customers and performers will be able to conclude online transactions, draw up closing documents and make electronic payments.
Similar online solutions are already used in many industries: ordering a taxi, buying air and railway tickets, booking hotels. Rental services for special equipment are fundamentally no different.
