Over 17 years of existence, we have learned to work with serious government systems, a large enterprise and corporate portals. When you are working on a personal account that will be used by hundreds of thousands of people, it is important that its design meets the needs of the business and does not require investments in recycling after release. So we came to understand that we need a strong partner with expertise in the field of UX/UI.

Vladimir Belousov, founder of Everest

{{quote 'Our studio is engaged in complex service design, where interfaces solve key business problems and help automate "heavy" processes. But the development department does not have the resources to execute turnkey projects of this size and complexity. We have always wanted to have a reliable development ally to be responsible not only for the interface part of the project, but also for the final product as a whole. }}

Representatives of the companies said that the alliance is not a merger, but a partnership with integrated processes. Extyl and Everest exchanged portfolios, agreed on non-competition for employees and tenders, and entered into an agreement that regulates common projects and finances.

Each company will retain its own brand and continue to work with customers in the same mode. At the same time, on behalf of the alliance, Extyl and Everest will jointly participate in tenders, industry ratings and competitions.

The merger of teams will create a tandem of mono-expertise and will make it possible to close the need for clients in complex complex solutions. To work on common projects, the alliance forms joint teams using the Retainer model.
