Biography

Born in 1978 in Moscow. Graduated with honors from Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a degree in Engineering Business and Management.

BFT began its career in 2001. As an analyst, she took part in the creation of the Company's key products - ADC-Finance and ACC-Goskaz. Subsequently, she headed the production center "ADC-Planning," where under her leadership the decision "ADC-Planning" was created. As Head of the Integrated Solutions Development Department, Natalia headed a new area of ​ ​ BFT's activities - consulting. Since 2011, he has been Deputy General Director, overseeing the development of software products and the provision of a package of consulting services.

Natalia's merit was the creation of a large-scale and diverse line of BFT solutions, which are in demand by clients and meet the requirements of modern budget legislation. Natalia was also a member of the expert group under the Coordination Commission for the creation and development of the state integrated information system for public finance management "Electronic Budget" and a member of the Working Group of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on improving state (municipal) control.

Since December 2014, he has been working at the Federal Treasury as the head of the department of integrated information systems of public finance.

In August 2020, Natalia Gvozdeva moved to the Ministry of Digital Development as an adviser to the Minister.

In 2021, Natalya moved to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation as head of the Department of Methodology of the Social Treasury. At the FIU, Natalya is responsible for the methodology in the project for creating a Unified Digital Platform in the Social Sphere (EDS), participates in the preparation of regulatory legal acts, and also provides methodological support for the processes of transferring the provision of social support measures to the format of the Social Treasury.
