2022: Transformation into Voskresensky municipal district

In accordance with the Law of the Nizhny Novgorod Region dated May 4, 2022 No. 45-Z "On the Transformation of Municipalities of the Voskresensky Municipal District of the Nizhny Novgorod Region" municipalities - urban settlement working village Voskresenskoye, rural settlements Blagoveshchensky village council, Bogorodsky Village Council, Vladimir Village Council, Vozdvizhensky Village Council, Glukhovsky Village Council, Egorovsky Village Council, Kapustikhinsky village council, Nakhratovsky village council, Nestiarsky village council, Staroustinsky village council of the Voskresensky municipal district of the Nizhny Novgorod region were transformed by combining them into a newly formed municipality with the consent of the population, expressed by the representative bodies of the relevant settlements and the Voskresensky municipal district of the Nizhny Novgorod region with the granting of the newly formed municipality the status of a municipal district with the name - Voskresensky municipal district of the Nizhny Novgorod region. Until December 31, 2022, a transitional period is established. During the transition period, the formation of local governments of the Voskresensky municipal district of the Nizhny Novgorod region is carried out.
