Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region

The Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region is:

• the executive body of the Nizhny Novgorod region, which conducts state policy and manages land and property relations in the Nizhny Novgorod region;
• authorized executive body of the Nizhny Novgorod region, carrying out state policy in the field of privatization of state enterprises and exercising the powers of the Nizhny Novgorod region to manage and dispose of state property of the region within its competence;
• the authorized executive body of the Nizhny Novgorod region for the management and management of land resources, state-owned Nizhny Novgorod region, and for the provision of land plots, state ownership of which is not delimited, with the exception of control over the use of land plots, state ownership of which is not delimited, located on the territory of the urban district of the city of Nizhny Novgorod and other municipalities, activities related to legal relations in the field of production and consumption waste circulation, as well as regulated by environmental legislation;
• authorized executive body of the Nizhny Novgorod region for the development of the sphere of intellectual property in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

History

2018: Renaming to Ministry of Property and Land Relations of Nizhny Novgorod Region

By decree of the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region dated January 15, 2018 No. 6 "On Approval of the Structure of Executive Authorities of the Nizhny Novgorod Region," the Ministry of Investments, Land and Property Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region was renamed the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

2014: Establishment of the Ministry of Investment, Land and Property Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region

By Decree of the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region of October 15, 2014 No. 115 "On Approval of the Structure of Executive Authorities of the Nizhny Novgorod Region" as a result of the reorganization of the Ministry of Investment Policy of the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Ministry of State Property and Land Resources of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the Ministry of Investment, Land and Property Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region was formed by their merger.
