MEP was going to shed light on the backstage agreements of the President of the European Commission and Pfizer, but died in the workplace

Michel Rivazi, an MP for the Greens - European Free Alliance group, died of a heart attack on 29 November 2023, aged 70, in Brussels. The deputy's activities and the testimony of relatives led the public to think that sudden death is not just a coincidence.

Shortly before her death, Rivazi initiated an investigation into lobbying for Pfizer by European Commission President Ursula Von der Leyen.

In April 2021, the New York Times spoke about some confidential negotiations between Ursula and representatives of Pfizer's top management.

As a result of the negotiations, more doses of vaccine from Covid-19 and at a higher (25%) high price were ordered. For wholesale purchases, the price decreases, not increases, with an increase in supply, and the reverse order outraged the public.

Ursula's husband, Heiko von der Leyen, is the medical director of Organesis Inc., which receives money from the European Commission, participates in the distribution of grants and is associated with vaccination and Pfizer itself. That is, I didn't even have to look for interested parties and beneficiaries for a long time.

Michel Rivazi's report to the European Parliament was scheduled for December 15, 2023, during which she was going to announce the results of the investigation and hand over copies of the documents to the press. What, alas, will not be able to do now.

With the obvious "timeliness" of such a death, relatives note that the MEP never had heart problems, and a few days before her death she underwent a full-fledged medical examination, which also did not reveal any problems.

Pfizer is just preparing to extend the contract for the supply of the vaccine until 2026 with an oversupply of doses of 40%, which is already being observed.

Russian Defense Ministry: Pfizer vaccine against coronavirus released with side effects due to collusion

Pfizer's coronavirus vaccine (COVID-19) has been released with dangerous side effects due to collusion between American officials and the drug's manufacturers. This was announced on April 7, 2023 at a briefing by the head of the radiation, chemical and biological defense forces of the Russian Armed Forces Igor Kirillov.

File:Aquote1.png
According to the information we have, collusion between officials and manufacturers of the Pfizer anticoid vaccine made it possible to launch drugs with serious side effects, "he said.
File:Aquote2.png

According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the vaccine from Pfizer was put into circulation with dangerous side effects

Kirillov stressed that at the time of the release of the drug into circulation, the vaccine manufacturer had real evidence that confirmed the increased risk of serious pathologies of the cardiovascular system after vaccination.

The Defense Ministry added that in this way officials of US federal agencies "subsequently occupy key positions in pharmaceutical companies." According to the defense department, they include former employees of the US Department of Health's (FDA) Food and Drug Administration: current Johnson & Johnson board member Mark McClelan, Pfizer board member Scott Gottlieb, Flagship Pioneering chief medical officer Stephen Hahn.

During the briefing, Kirillov recalled that such studies of highly toxic drugs with an unexplored risk of side effects were previously commissioned by the Pentagon Threat Reduction Department for Ukrainian citizens and military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine without taking into account any ethical standards.

Earlier, the FDA issued a warning about new side effects of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine. According to the department, drugs can lead to the development of heart disease: myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle) and pericarditis (inflammation of the tissue surrounding the heart).[1]

Concealment of deadly danger of vaccine mRNA

Disclosed confidential documents indicate that Pfizer had data indicating the deadly danger of the mRNA vaccine against COVID-19. However, the pharmaceutical company chose to hide this information, as reported on March 16, 2023 by members of the American activist group Project Veritas.

Coronaviruses like COVID-19 got their name because of the corona-shaped spines on their surface - the so-called spike-shaped proteins. It is these proteins that are targeted by vaccines. Template RNA, or mRNA, is a genetic material that "trains" cells in the body to create copies of a spike-like protein. If a person then encounters a real virus, the body recognizes it and knows how to deal with it.

Vaccine raises risk of myocarditis and pericarditis, says Project Veritas

Project Veritas says it has found evidence of the negative effects of Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna mRNA vaccines on the body of some patients. In particular, there were more frequent cases of myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle) and pericarditis (inflammatory damage to the serous membrane of the heart). It is said that sometimes vaccination can provoke a fatal outcome.

As noted in the notification of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), cases of myocarditis and pericarditis most often occurred in adolescents and young men within seven days after receiving the second dose of the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine. However, similar incidents have also been recorded after receiving the first dose or booster dose.

The publication Project Veritas claims that Pfizer was aware of the potential risk of myocarditis in persons who received the mRNA vaccine, but did not take any action to inform patients and relevant organizations. Meanwhile, according to the CDC, data from several monitoring systems in the United States and around the world confirm the causal relationship between mRNA vaccines against COVID-19 and myocarditis/pericarditis.[2]

Pfizer CEO infected with COVID-19 coronavirus after four doses of Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine

Pfizer CEO Albert Burla contracted the COVID-19 coronavirus in August 2022 after four doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

Sputnik V turned out to be twice as effective as Pfizer vaccine against omkiron strain

In January 2022, NICEM named after N.F. Gamalei and the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) published the results of an independent comparative study conducted at the National Institute of Infectious Diseases named after Lazzaro Spallanzani (Italy). Scientists compared the effectiveness of the Sputnik V vaccine and Pfizer in the fight against the omicron strain of the coronavirus COVID-19. Read more here.

Pfizer vaccine effectiveness against "omicron" strain estimated at just 23%

In mid-December 2021, it became known that the Pfizer vaccine course may have only 22.5% effectiveness against symptomatic infection of coronavirus infection with the omicron variant, but the course can prevent the development of more severe consequences from the disease.

Researchers from the African Research Institute health care in Durban have published additional data on a published study, according to which scientists made an assessment of the effectiveness of the vaccine using modeling. The study looked at plasma samples from blood 12 participants. The researchers found that omicron resulted in an approximately 41-fold reduction in the level of neutralizing antibodies produced by people who received two doses of Pfizer-BioNTech inoculation.

Pfizer vaccine effectiveness against "omicron" strain estimated at just 23%

The group first showed that the omicron coronavirus infection (COVID-19) variant, discovered by scientists from South Africa and Botswana and announced on November 25, 2021, may largely, but not completely, avoid exposure to antibodies produced by the Pfizer vaccine, scientists noted that repeated vaccination can increase immunity.

In early December 2021, British scientists assessed the effectiveness of revaccination against COVID-19 strain omicron. Experts from the Medical Safety Great Britain Agency concluded that after vaccination with the third dose of vaccines from Pfizer AstraZeneca and protection rises to 75% and 70%, respectively, in the first days after the injection. The researchers note that this is preliminary data, which should be treated with caution due to the fact that effective testing requires more time. Due to the high number of mutations, the omicron variant may be resistant to existing vaccines and disease-derived antibodies, the researchers warned. Pfizer also reported that two doses of its COVID-19 vaccine may not be enough to protect against the new strain, and recommended a third vaccination.[3]

Antibodies after Pfizer and Moderna vaccination at 6 months cannot resist "omicron" -stamp

In early December 2021, studies conducted by South African, Swedish, German and American scientists showed that two vaccinations of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines were not as effective at preventing a variant of the omicron coronavirus strain. Scientists recommend booster vaccinations to strengthen protection.

Studies do not directly measure the effectiveness of the vaccine, scientists use the amount of remaining antibodies that prevent the virus from entering cells to get an approximate idea of how sharp the decline in vaccine effectiveness will be. The results of the studies were different: in two of them, a 40-fold decrease in the level of neutralizing antibodies was found, and in the other two to a 25-fold decrease, but they all concluded that in people who received two vaccinations, immunity against the "omicron" strain is weaker than against other variants.

Antibodies after Pfizer and Moderna vaccination at 6 months cannot resist "omicron" -stamp

The new variant was discovered in at least 45 countries and showed itself to be highly contagious, but poorly expressed. The first data on vaccine efficacy against the new "omicron" variant came from a study of 12 participants from South Africa conducted by the African Health Research Institute in Durban. The researchers found a 40-fold reduction in neutralizing antibodies produced by people who received two doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine compared to the first strain of COVID-19 found in Wuhan, China. The researchers suggested that the third dose would help in the fight against the highly mutated strain. Pfizer's booster shot and Pfizer's two shots with a previous infection seem to give similar volumes of immunity. Another study that found a 40-fold decrease in antibody levels was conducted by German virologist Sandra Cisek.

A separate study conducted at the Karolinska Institute of Stockholm showed that the level of antibodies against the "omicron" strain decreased 25 times. However, the study showed a significant variation in results: in some people, the level of antibodies remained practically unchanged. After examining the blood samples of 34 people, scientists noted that the effectiveness of the vaccine depends on the previous history of infection. Another argument in favor of revaccination is blood samples taken from people a month after revaccination, which showed that the level of neutralizing antibodies against the omicron coronavirus strain was comparable to the level of antibodies against the previous virus strain after two doses.

Vaccine manufacturers are already preparing to weaken vaccination immunity when faced with the omicron option. BioNTech and Pfizer said that in the event of a dominant strain of the virus that does not lend itself to vaccination or reinfection immunity, vaccine manufacturers will be able to adapt their mRNA vaccine within six weeks and begin delivering doses of revaccination within 100 days.[4]

First direct comparison of mRNA vaccines shows Moderna's superiority over Pfizer

In early December 2021, it became known that a comparison of mRNA vaccines showed the superiority of Moderna over Pfizer, it was previously reported that vaccines protect vaccine recipients from 94-95% of symptomatic and severe forms of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection. Real-time surveillance has shown that their effectiveness decreases over time, allowing re-infection or breakthrough infection to occur even in fully vaccinated individuals. Read more here.

Hungary: Sputnik V better protects against death from coronavirus than Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca vaccines

At the end of November 2021, the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) published the results of an independent study of vaccines against the coronavirus COVID-19 in Hungary. According to the results of this work carried out by the National Center for Public Health of Hungary ( NPHC), Sputnik V shows higher protection against deaths (98%) compared to other drugs that are used in the country to vaccinate the population. The study was conducted based on an analysis of vaccination data from two components of Sputnik V vaccines, Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Sinopharm and AstraZeneca of Hungarian residents between January 22 and June 10, 2021, Podrobneye here.

Pfizer caught in falsification of materials for the quick launch of the vaccine

In early November 2021, information appeared that the trials of the Pfizer vaccine against the COVID-19 coronavirus, conducted by the Ventavia Research research organization in Texas, were held with serious violations. The trial also included an official forgery on important information, according to the weekly peer-reviewed medical scientific journal The British Medical Journal (BMJ), citing the company's former regional director Brooke Jackson.

The company's indifference forced Brooke Jackson to take photos and recordings of the violations, which she then turned over to the publication. One of the shots, for example, shows needles discarded in a plastic biological waste bag rather than a container of sharp objects. Another shows packages of vaccine with the identification numbers of trial participants written on them, left in plain sight, it could also reveal data on which of the participants received a placebo or vaccine, the article says. The investigation points out that on the recording of the conversation between the former regional director and his superiors, the leader can also be heard explaining that Ventavia Research was unable to calculate the types and number of errors that they found when studying the study documents for quality control.

In early November 2021, information appeared that the trials of the Pfizer vaccine against COVID-19, conducted by the Ventavia Research research organization in Texas in the fall of 2020, were held with serious violations

Brooke Jackson referred the complaint to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). After this incident, Ventavia Research said that the employee was not suitable for the company and fired her. According to the BMJ, among the problems listed by Jackson, the following important aspects were mentioned: the lack of timely monitoring of patients who experienced side effects; storage of vaccines at the wrong temperature; incorrect labeling of laboratory samples. Jackson told BMJ it was the first time she had been fired in a 20-year research career.

As noted in the article, Jackson was contacted by an inspector from the FDA to discuss her statement, after which she did not receive further information about the fate of her complaint. Pfizer did not mention problems with Ventavia Research at a meeting of the regulator. In August 2021, after the full approval of the Pfizer vaccine, the FDA published a report on inspections of test sites, among them there were no sites based on the results of studies at Ventavia Research.

Other employees of the research organization Ventavia Research told the BMJ that after the dismissal of Brooke Jackson, the company's problems persisted. One employee called the data collected by the company for Pfizer research a crazy mess that simply should not exist in such organizations. According to employees, Pfizer was notified of the organization's problems with vaccine trials and conducted an audit. Since Jackson reported the problems in early September 2020, Pfizer has hired Ventavia Research as a subcontractor to conduct four other clinical trials of a vaccine, a vaccine for COVID-19 in children and young adults, pregnant women and a booster dose, as well as a respiratory syncytial virus. Vaccine trial: NCT04816643, NCT04754594, NCT04955626, NCT05035212.[5]

Comparison of morbidity and mortality rates with other vaccines

At the end of October 2021, representatives of the authorities health care USA for the first time disclosed information about vaccines received by residents Oregon State who, after vaccination, had cases of disease, COVID-19 hospitalization and death.

The highest mortality rate from COVID-19 among vaccinated patients was detected using the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. It amounted to 3.14 cases per 100 thousand people. In second place in terms of mortality are patients who received the Pfizer vaccine (1.43 per 100 thousand). The lowest mortality was observed during vaccination with Moderna. Read more here.

Israeli Ministry of Health reported cases of myocarditis after the third dose of Pfizer vaccine

In early October 2021 health care , the Israeli ministry detected less than 10 cases of inflammation hearts after the third dose of the vaccine - PfizerBioNTech among millions administered, according to published data.

Israel began revaccinating at-risk groups in July 2021, and by the end of August 2021 expanded the campaign to include anyone over 12 years old, five months or more after receiving the second dose.

Israeli Ministry of Health spoke about cases of myocarditis after the introduction of the third dose of Pfizer vaccine

Having begun rapid vaccination relatively early, in December 2020, Israel became one of the first countries to report that protection against the vaccine has declined over time. The Israeli Ministry of Health considers its campaign for revaccination to be safe and effective. The course of the revaccination campaign is closely watched in the United States, where Pfizer's third vaccinations were given to people aged 65 and over, all people at high risk of severe illness, as well as those who are regularly exposed to the virus.

In data published on September 30, 2021, the Ministry of Health reported nine cases of myocarditis in four age groups, which include more than 1.5 million people who received the vaccine. They were all men, with three aged between 16 and 29 and six in the 30-59 group. Eight more possible cases are still being considered. Most cases of myocarditis are mild. Overall, of all 3.2 million Israelis who received a third vaccination, 25 reported serious adverse events occurring within 30 days of vaccination, including myocarditis, although a causal relationship among many of them remains to be established. The country's government hopes that vaccinations, which have so far been given to about a third of the 9.3 million population, will prevent an outbreak of the Delta variant.

In recent days, the number of patients with COVID-19 hospitalized in serious condition has decreased, as has the number of confirmed cases of the disease, which as of October 4, 2021 is about 4 thousand, while in September 2021 there were about 8 thousand.

But experts fear that with the resumption of schools on October 4, 2021 after the Jewish holidays, the incidence will increase again. Experts called on the Israeli government to take additional measures to contain the spread of infections, for example, to limit the accumulation of large numbers of people and not rely only on revaccination.[6]

Vaccine effectiveness drops after 6 months

In September 2021, Pfizer said that data on Israel and the United States show a decrease in the effectiveness of the coronavirus vaccine about 6-8 months after the second dose.

The fact that the effectiveness of the vaccine decreases over time is also confirmed by a recent analysis conducted by the FDA.

"The totality of the available data confirms the need to administer a booster (third) dose of the vaccine about 6 months after the second dose," the document says.

A nurse in Germany replaced the COVID-19 vaccine with salt water, which was injected by 9 thousand people

In early August 2021, it became known that a few months earlier - in April - a nurse from Germany replaced the COVID-19 coronavirus vaccine with saline, and now almost 9,000 people need re-vaccination.

The police of German Wilhelmshaven (federal state of Lower Saxony) launched an investigation into the actions of an employee of the German Red Cross, who exchanged the vaccine against BioNTech COVID-19/for Pfizer saline. It is known that the woman repeatedly replaced the vaccine with saline while working at the vaccination center on April 21. She explained her actions by the fact that she allegedly did not want to report the fallen ampoule with the drug. The incident became known due to the fact that the employee reported her act to a colleague, who, in turn, informed the responsible persons.

A nurse in Germany replaced the coronavirus vaccine with salt water, it was administered to 9 thousand people

Local authorities said that almost 9,000 people vaccinated between March 5 and April 20, 2021 will have to be re-vaccinated. The report said all victims were over the age of 70 and had visited one vaccination centre in Shortens-Roffhausen. Since it cannot be stated exactly how many people received saline instead of the vaccine, everyone who was vaccinated at a given vaccination center within a specified period of time can receive another dose. Authorities said they would contact all citizens believed to have been affected by the nurse's actions. Health officials remind that patients "vaccinated" with saline were not at any health risk.

An investigation into the nurse's actions and her alleged motives is ongoing, authorities said. Investigators said the woman shared posts on social media criticizing the vaccination.[7]

Increase in vaccine price for the EU €15.5 to €19.5

At the end of July 2021, Pfizer and Moderna raised the cost of their coronavirus vaccines for EC [8]]. The cost of Pfizer has risen from €15.5 to €19.5, and the price of the Moderna vaccine dose has risen from $22.6 to $25.5.

The terms of the deals were revised after data from phase three trials showed Pfizer and Moderna's mRNA-based vaccines were more effective than cheaper vaccines developed by AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson.

In 2021, these groups will receive tens of billions dollars of income, they have entered into new deals with countries seeking to provide supplies for re-vaccination.

The effectiveness of the vaccine decreased to 84%. The public is preparing for the third dose

According to a new study published at the end of July 2021, the effectiveness of the Pfizer/BioNTech coronavirus vaccine decreased from 96% to 84% in six months.

Pfizer is already eyeing a booster vaccine, announcing earlier this month its plans to apply to the U.S. FDA for approval for a third dose.

The companies are convinced that "a third dose may be required within 6-12 months after full vaccination, to maintain the highest level of protection."

Waiting for record annual vaccine sales of $33.5 billion and calls for revaccination

Pfizer Inc. expects its Covid-19 vaccine to generate $33.5 billion in revenue in 2021, allowing it to become one of the best-selling drugs ever.

The company said[9]accompanying the release of the earnings report that emerging real data "suggest that immunity against infection and symptomatic disease may be weakening," underscoring the need for revaccination.

The effectiveness of the vaccine against infection with the Delta virus variant in Israel is only 39%

The Pfizer vaccine provides protection against the severe course of the disease in cases caused by the Delta coronavirus variant, but its effectiveness in preventing infection was only 39%, according to the ministry, health care Israel announced in July 2021.

Israel One of the world's most effective vaccination campaigns has been carried out in the world, 57% of the population is fully vaccinated, but recently there has been a surge in infections due to the Delta.

European regulator confirms onset of heart disease after Pfizer inoculation

In mid-July 2021, the European regulator EMA concluded that after the introduction of mRNA vaccines Comirnaty (manufactured by Pfizer) and Spikevax (formerly the COVID-19 Moderna vaccine) in very rare cases, the development of myocarditis and pericarditis is possible.

The regulator recommends that myocarditis and pericarditis be included as new side effects in the instructions for use of these vaccines along with appropriate warnings to raise awareness of these adverse events among healthcare professionals and vaccinated individuals.

European regulator EMA confirms onset of heart disease after Pfizer and Moderna inoculation

Myocarditis and pericarditis are inflammatory diseases hearts that can manifest as various symptoms. Most often, these manifestations include shortness of breath, severe or irregular heartbeat, chest pain.

When considering the case, the regulator took into account all the available evidence, which included an in-depth analysis of 145 cases of myocarditis in the European Economic Area (EEA) among people receiving Comirnaty, and 19 cases of myocarditis among people receiving Spikevax. The regulator also reviewed reports of 138 cases of pericarditis that developed after using Comirnaty and 19 cases that developed after using Spikevax. As of 31 May 2021, approximately 177 million doses of Comirnaty and 20 million doses of Spikevax have been administered in the EEA. In addition, the European regulator also studied similar cases reported in other countries of the world.

The EMA also reported that it does not recommend the use of the Janssen vaccine against COVID-19 in people with a history of increased capillary permeability syndrome. This syndrome will also be added to the vaccine label as a new side effect with a corresponding risk warning. The regulator reviewed three cases of capillary permeability syndrome in people who received the Janssen vaccine from COVID-19. Two of them subsequently died.[10]

Hundreds of cases of inflammation of the heart muscle recorded after vaccination with Pfizer

In mid-June 2021, the authorities health care USA confirmed the development of 226 cases of myocarditis or pericarditis in people aged 30 years and younger who received the vaccine/and Pfizer BioNTech for Moderna prevention. COVID-19 About 250 more messages are under consideration.

The incidence of myocarditis in the group of young people aged 16 to 24 years after receiving the second dose was higher than expected, as a result of which the Advisory Committee on Immunization (ACIP) of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to hold an emergency meeting.

Tom Shimabukuro, Deputy Director of the Center for Vaccination Safety, made a presentation to the advisory group of the US regulatory authority. He reported that 789 cases of myocarditis/pericarditis were reported in all age groups after Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna vaccination, most often after the second dose. These complications were predominantly observed in men and the mean age of patients with post-second dose myocarditis is 24 years.

The most common symptoms of myocarditis/pericarditis were chest pain, increased markers of myocardial involvement, changes in the ST or T wave interval on the ECG, dyspnea, and abnormal echocardiography/imaging findings.

Of the 285 cases with a known outcome, 270 were discharged with recovery. About 81% recovered completely, the rest showed residual symptoms, or the status was unknown. Fifteen people are still in hospital, including three patients in intensive care.[11]

Pfizer and AstraZeneca vaccine combination leads to more side effects - Lancet

In mid-May 2021, the international medical journal The Lancet published interim results of a study according to which when vaccinated against COVID-19 with a combination of drugs from Pfizer and AstraZeneca, the risks of side effects become higher than when the same drug is administered twice.

The study involved 830 people who were divided into two groups, the average age of the participants was 57 years. In the first group, the second vaccine was administered with a 28-day interval, in the second - with an 84-day interval.

The results of the study showed that when first injected with AstraZeneca and then Pfizer, 37 study participants (34%) out of 110 had fever. When administered two doses of AstraZeneca vaccine, 11 (10%) of 112 participants reported feeling worse.

Pfizer and AstraZeneca drug combination leads to more side effects

In the group where participants initially received the Pfizer vaccine and then AstraZeneca, fever was reported by 41% of participants. In those who were twice injected with Pfizer, fever was recorded in 21% of cases. Thus, regardless of the sequence of vaccine administration, adverse reactions were detected in the participants.

In addition to fever, study participants complained of fatigue, headache, joint and muscle pain. Most of the side effects were recorded 48 hours after the full vaccination.

At the same time, no cases of thrombocytopenia were detected in the study group on the 7th day after vaccination. At the same time, the researchers noted that none of the participants required hospitalization.

The study started in February 2021. In April, the program was expanded to include two more vaccines against COVID-19 - from Moderna and Novavax, another 1,050 volunteers are under observation.[12]

Death of 39 people in Japan vaccinated with Pfizer vaccine against COVID-19

By May 2021, the number of patients in Japan who died after vaccination from COVID-19 reached 39, one of them was 20 years old.

The Japanese Ministry of Health, referred to by the NHK news agency, reports that by May 6, 2021, a total of 39 people between the ages of 20 and 90 have died in Japan after being vaccinated against coronavirus, including young and elderly people and medical workers. The country's Ministry of Health notes that it is still premature to argue that the death of all these people is directly related to the vaccination against COVID-19.

The source reports that after vaccination with Pfizer, 107 people developed severe allergic reactions, which were eventually eliminated by drug. After receiving the second dose of the vaccine, 30% of patients had increased body temperature for a while.

39 people vaccinated with Pfizer coronavirus vaccine die in Japan

Vaccination against coronavirus in Japan began in mid-February 2021, the country uses a drug manufactured by Pfizer. On February 12, Japan received the first batch of Pfizer vaccine in the amount of 386 thousand doses from a plant in Belgium. On February 21, the second batch of vaccine was delivered to the country, which included 450 thousand doses. Japan has signed a contract with Pfizer for the supply of 144 million doses of the vaccine.

On February 22, the country's authorities reported a shortage of drugs for vaccination due to delays in supplies, which led to a slowdown in the rate of vaccination of the population, in particular the elderly, who were to be the first to receive the drug. The Japanese Ministry of Health then said that due to the increase in Pfizer's additional production capacity, the drug will be supplied in limited quantities until May 2021.

At the time of publication of the news, only 1.2 million of 4.8 million health workers (about 1% of the population) completed the full immunization. The Japanese authorities intend to increase the pace of vaccination to 1 million doses per day in order to vaccinate everyone in this category by the end of July 2021[13]

Side effects of Pfizer vaccine captured on X-rays

In early May 2021, the journal Radiology published a report on some radiological features of the immune response to the introduction of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccine against COVID-19 . The authors of the article "Lymphadenopathy associated with vaccination with COVID-19: What to know" note that doctors and patients need to be aware of the possible development of lymphadenopathy caused by vaccination, and not confuse it with more serious conditions.

Earlier, the American journal AJR described the clinical and visual features of axillary adenopathy that were identified during screening or diagnostic imaging of the breast after a recent vaccination against COVID-19. Researchers have identified enlarged lymph nodes on mammograms of women who have received the COVID-19 vaccine, which can be confused with oncological disorders. They suggested that other specialists ask patients before conducting the screening procedure if they had recently received the vaccine.

Side effects of Pfizer and Moderna vaccines captured on X-rays

At the end of April, researchers using FDG-PET found increased uptake of FDG in patients' lymph nodes 7-10 weeks after the second administration of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. These phenomena indicate a persistent immune response that may be mistaken for other serious conditions, such as lymphoma, within 2-3 months of vaccination.

This study emphasizes that axillary hand adenopathy, in which the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine was administered, is most likely a reactive process developing in response to the introduction of foreign material. The date of vaccination and the location of enlarged lymph nodes in relation to the site of vaccine administration are critical for optimizing the evaluation and treatment of axillary adenopathy detected by imaging studies in women with normal breast assessment results.[14]

Death of 41 COVID-19 vaccinated patients in Austria - BASG

In Austria, 41 people have died after being vaccinated against the coronavirus COVID-19 with a drug developed by Pfizer and BioNTech. Such data in early March 2021 was released by the Federal Office for Health Safety (BASG). Statistics were compiled for the period from December 27, 2020 to February 26, 2021.

The regulator's materials say that in three vaccinated patients, the likelihood of a connection between the drug and deaths is completely excluded after an autopsy.

11 people from among the dead received vaccination during the incubation period of coronavirus disease, during which they died, another 19 people had serious diseases. The circumstances of the death of the remaining eight patients have not yet been established, the BASG explained.

In Austria, 41 people died after vaccination against coronavirus with Pfizer

According to the ministry, due to the fact that at the beginning of vaccination of the population, elderly people were mainly vaccinated, it should be expected that after a period of time, natural, that is, non-vaccination, human health events may occur. In particular, the expected number of deaths a week after vaccination is for people at risk aged 80 and over 3.5 per 1,000. Based on this so-called background incidence, one death per 290 people in this age category can be expected within a week, regardless of vaccination, the documents say.

As of March 2, 2021, almost 463 thousand cases of coronavirus infection were registered in Austria, including 1920 in the last day. More than 8600 people have died from complications caused by COVID-19, including 31 infected in the last 24 hours. By early March, over 670 thousand residents of the country were vaccinated against coronavirus.[15]

Death of COVID-19 vaccinated patients in Switzerland

At the end of February 2021, it became known about the death in Switzerland of 16 people who were previously vaccinated with vaccines against the coronavirus COVID-19, developed by Pfizer and Moderna.

State pharmaceutical regulator Swissmedic said it had examined 364 reports of suspected adverse reactions after vaccination, of which 199 related to drugs from Pfizer/BioNTech, 154 to the vaccine from Moderna. In two cases, the vaccine was not specified.

Experts recognized 95 (26%) as serious cases - there was either hospitalization in the hospital and various medical consequences. In most cases, however, people were not at risk. Among the frequent complaints are headache, fever, allergic reactions. In 16 cases, people died. Their average age was 86, and most of them already had serious medical conditions.

Despite the coincidence in time, nothing specifically indicates that these deaths were caused by vaccination, the Swissmedic report emphasizes.
File:Aquote2.png

The regulator added that it does not intend to change anything in its assessment of the "positive risk profile and benefit of vaccines from coronavirus."

By the end of February 2021, a second wave of the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 was recorded in Switzerland. Vaccination started in Switzerland at the end of December 2020. As of the end of February, 751 thousand people were vaccinated, of which every third received both necessary doses of the vaccine.

By the end of February 2021, about 555 thousand cases of coronavirus infection and almost 10 thousand deaths due to COVID-19 were registered in Switzerland.[16]

The death of three patients vaccinated against coronavirus in Finland

At the end of January 2021, it became known about the first residents of Finland who died after being vaccinated against the coronavirus COVID-19 with a drug developed by Pfizer and BioNTech.

According to the Finnish Agency for Safety and Development in the Medical Field (Fimea), by January 25, 2021, three deaths were registered in the country, which, according to preliminary data, came from diseases before the introduction of the vaccine.

The department said that there is no reason yet to assert the existence of links between vaccinations and deaths, so local authorities do not intend to change the recommendations for the use of Pfizer and BioNTech.

As of January 25, 2021, almost 42,800 cases of COVID-19 coronavirus infection were registered in Finland, including 192 in the last 24 hours. The number of deaths during this time increased by 11 and reached 655. By January 25, 2021, almost 111 thousand residents of the country received the vaccine.

The first vaccinated with Pfizer vaccine died in Finland

Mass vaccination with Pfizer and BioNTech in Finland began on December 27, 2021, first vaccinations were given to doctors. Since that moment, 188 cases of side effects have become known, including high fever, head, muscle and joint pain, nausea and fatigue. Severe consequences were also observed, for example, anaphylactic shock.

The Finnish health authorities do not recommend vaccinating people who are in the recovery stage after any diseases, and the administration of the drug to people with poor health must be coordinated with the attending physician, the patient himself or his relatives.

Adverse events identified after vaccination with the drug were also reported from other countries. In particular, on January 22 France , 135 cases of side effects from the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine were reported, of which 31 were serious, in particular tachycardia. The week before, six more cases were detected there.[17]

The death of two patients vaccinated against COVID-19 in Estonia

On January 18, 2021, it became known about the death of two residents Estonia who were vaccinated against COVID-19 coronavirus with a drug produced by and. Pfizer BioNTech The deceased were 85 years old and 91 years old, according to the Estonian Department of Medicines.

The statement clarifies that the deceased pensioners did not have side effects from vaccinations, such as heat and vomiting, so the doctors made the following conclusion: death did not come from the vaccine.

From December 27, 2020 to January 17, 2021, 18,275 people were vaccinated against coronavirus in Estonia, of which 66 have already received the second dose of the vaccine. During this time, the department received information about the side effects of the vaccine from 87 people.

Le Monde: EU registrar forced to register Pfizer vaccine, the real effectiveness of which can be only 19%

The French edition of Le Monde in January 2021 published information on how vaccines from Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna were registered in the EU.

The network got documents that related to the approval of the vaccine and the correspondence of employees of the European Medicines Agency, which indicated several problems:

  • To speed up the certification of the Pfizer/BioNTech coronavirus vaccine to the European Medicines Agency (EMA), pressure may have been exerted, the regulator was actually forced to register the drug.

  • Many questions from scientists were caused by the discrepancy between the compositions of commercial batches of the Pfizer vaccine and the batches that were used in clinical trials.

  • Also, the documents indicate that it is possible that the real effectiveness of the Pfizer vaccine is significantly lower than the official figure of 90% and is at the level of 19%.

In Germany, 10 people died in the first weeks of vaccination after vaccination

On January 15, 2021, a study of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine was published in Germany following the results of the first weeks of the vaccination campaign.

Specialists from the Paul Erich Institute reported that 10 people died in Germany after being vaccinated with the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine.

In Israel, 13 people received facial paralysis after vaccination with Pfizer

In mid-January 2021, it became known about the negative consequences of the introduction of the COVID-19 coronavirus vaccine developed by Pfizer. In Israel, 13 residents after vaccination experienced facial paralysis.

According to The Jerusalem Post, citing the country's Ministry of Health, the agency does not exclude similar symptoms in more vaccinated people. In Mizdrava, Israel added that everyone who developed similar symptoms after the first dose should postpone the second vaccination until recovery.

Mass vaccination started in the country at the end of December 2020. On January 14, 2021, the Israeli Ministry of Health reported that out of 2 million people vaccinated with the first dose of Pfizer, 1,127 people faced negative consequences.

In Israel, 13 people received facial paralysis after vaccination with Pfizer coronavirus drug

Most frightening was Bell's palsy, a syndrome of temporary muscle spasm on one side of the face. Several more vaccinated declared a strange metallic taste in the mouth. Two reported that they had difficulty breathing, another person lost consciousness after the injection.

One of the residents who passed the first stage of vaccination shared that he noticed unusual sensations in the oral cavity and in the chin area a couple of minutes after the injection.

File:Aquote1.png
For at least 28 hours I went with this [facial paralysis]. I can't say that now it has completely passed, but besides this nothing else bothered me, only the place of the injection was a little sore, and that's it, "said an Israeli who faced temporary facial paralysis after vaccination.
File:Aquote2.png

Now, after the appearance of signs of facial paralysis in patients, doctors argue about the advisability of undergoing the second stage of vaccination with paresis.

At the first stage of vaccination in Israel, health workers, medical students, employees of geriatric institutions and authorities representatives were vaccinated. At the second stage, they began to vaccinate people over 60 years old and those who are at risk.[19]

In Norway, 23 people died after vaccination of Pfizer vaccine

On January 14, 2021, the Norwegian medicines agency Statten Legemiddelwerk reported that 23 people had died in the country, vaccinated with Pfizer's vaccine.

The causes of death are being investigated, but data indicate that the vaccine could indeed cause serious side effects and lead to death.

Stolen Pfizer data on COVID-19 vaccine published on the Web

Two people vaccinated against COVID-19 with Pfizer vaccine die in Norway

On January 5, 2021, the Norwegian Medicines Agency announced the death of two people who had been vaccinated with the COVID-19 coronavirus vaccine developed by Pfizer and BioNTech a few days earlier.

The agency indicated that both victims lived in one of the nursing homes in the city of Oslo. Whether the authorities will take any measures in connection with the death of the vaccinated is not reported.

Two people died after Pfizer vaccination in Norway

By January 5, 2021, the circumstances of the death of people are being investigated, as well as whether this is due to the drug itself. According to the Norwegian Medicines Agency, about 400 people a week die in the country's nursing homes.

File:Aquote1.png
The Norwegian Medicines Agency and the National Institute of Public Health are closely monitoring whether this figure will change after residents of nursing homes receive the vaccine, the agency said.
File:Aquote2.png

They also noted that the most common (in 80% of cases) side effect of the vaccine is painful sensations at the injection site. Also, those vaccinated may experience fatigue, headache, muscle pain, joint pain, chills and fever.

Vaccination using a drug manufactured by the American company Pfizer and its German partner BioNTech began in Norway on December 27, 2020. The first to receive the vaccine are "the weakest and most vulnerable who have serious diseases," said Steinar Madsen, director of the Norwegian Medicines Agency.

By January 5, 2021, 51,665 cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection were detected in Norway, 17,998 people were cured, 452 patients died

Shortly before the death in Norway of the elderly, who received the Pfizer vaccine and BioNTech, a doctor in Mexico was hospitalized in the intensive care unit after vaccination against coronavirus with the same drug, and four cases of side effects after this vaccine were also recorded in Bulgaria. US authorities state the death of 6 participants in the Pfizer vaccine trial

At the end of December 2020, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced the death of six participants in clinical trials of the COVID-19 coronavirus vaccine developed by Pfizer and BioNTech.

As the regulator specified, two deaths were registered among vaccinated people, four in the placebo group.

The first victim in the group of vaccinees was atherosclerosis and obesity, according to an FDA report. The volunteer died three days after the first dose of the drug. The second deceased participant from the vaccinated group had cardiac arrest 60 days after the second dose, and another three days later his death was recorded.

In the United States, 6 participants in the COVID-19 vaccine trial from Pfizer were pronounced dead

Two patients from the placebo group died from a heart attack and stroke, the cause of death of two more people is being investigated. It is known that all the deceased had health problems and chronic diseases. In addition, half of them were over 55 years old.

The FDA opinion (this is a 53-page document) indicates that Pfizer and BioNTech have provided the regulator with proper information to guarantee the quality of the vaccine. The drug provides significant protection after the first dose, the report notes, which makes the vaccine safe and highly effective to combat COVID-19.

In November 2020, the vaccine developed by Pfizer and BioNTech showed 95% effectiveness, and the previously concluded contract was given a go. By the end of 2020, the developers of the drug planned to release up to 50 million doses, and in 2021 - up to 1.3 billion doses. The company has developed special containers for transporting the drug, which must be stored at a temperature of about minus 70 degrees Celsius. Containers charged with dry ice are able to maintain the desired temperature for about 15 days.[22]

Death of a man in Israel after the introduction of Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine

At the end of December 2020 Ministry of Health Israel , he said that a 75-year-old man from Beit Shean died of a heart attack two hours after administration. coronavirus vaccines Pfizer The report indicates that the man already had cardiovascular diseases, and in the past he suffered a myocardial infarction.

The head of the Ministry of Health, Chezy Levy, began an investigation into the incident. The primary data did not reveal an association between the man's death and his vaccination, Levy said. According to reports, the man was vaccinated at about 8:30 a.m. at the Clalit Health Services clinic. He stayed at the facility for half an hour to make sure there were no side effects.

In Israel, a man died after the introduction of Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine

The main side effects reported in Pfizer and Moderna vaccine trials were pain, swelling and redness at the injection site, as well as chills, fatigue and headaches. But these effects usually lasted only a few hours, or at most days.

Any potential long-term side effects cannot yet be confirmed, too little time has passed since the release of vaccines. Still, most health officials believe vaccines won't cause long-term harm.

When Pfizer submitted its safety data in early December, it turned out that two participants in the trial died after vaccination. One of them had weakened immunity. In response to the report of these deaths, the Israeli association Midaat explained that when the vaccine is administered to patients at risk, "sad cases can be noted. This should not be inferred on the safety of the vaccine, but transparency in the provision of data required from pharmaceutical companies in the drug approval process should be welcomed. "

In large trials involving tens of thousands of people, death can occur without any association with the drug under study.

After careful study, no link was found between the experiment and the cause of death, "said Midaat supervisor Dr. Uri Lerner[23]

Start of vaccine delivery by unmanned cargo aircraft Xwing

On December 23, 2020, Xwing announced the successful delivery of COVID-19 vaccines to the United States using unmanned cargo aircraft. This is an important milestone not only for the company, but for the entire growing autonomous freight transport sector.

The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) granted Xwing permission to carry out this operation in November 2020. It is known that there is a pilot during flights. Xwing uses a human-controlled software stack that easily integrates with existing aircraft to enable regional unmanned flights. Xwing's efforts are aimed at making flights more accessible and reducing the burden on pilots who have to undergo specialist training on each type of aircraft they operate.

The delivery of the vaccine to Holbrook, Arizona, is part of a larger nationwide logistics operation to deliver Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine to the hard-hit and largest Indian reservation in the United States, for the Navajo Nation. The Navajo Nation has been virtually devastated by the coronavirus pandemic, as the region has some of the highest infection rates compared to other states. The question of how to deliver the vaccine is very important because Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine has a limited shelf life. This makes the performance of express air cargo critical.[24]

Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine causes anaphylactic shock

At the end of December 2020, it became known that severe allergic reactions developed in at least eight people who received the COVID-19 vaccine produced by Pfizer and BioNTech. It is hypothesized that this may be due to polyethylene glycol (PEG), which is used to transport messenger RNA, the main ingredient of the vaccine.

PEG has never been used in vaccines before, but is found in many drugs that sometimes cause anaphylaxis - a potentially life-threatening reaction with a sharp drop in blood pressure, shortness of breath and rapid heartbeat. Some allergists and immunologists believe that a number of people who have previously encountered PEG may develop antibodies to them, followed by the development of anaphylactic shock when the vaccine is administered.

Pfizer COVID-19 coronavirus vaccine causes anaphylactic shock

The U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) was so concerned that it held several meetings to discuss allergic reactions with Pfizer and Moderna representatives, independent scientists and physicians, and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). NIAID is also conducting a study in collaboration with the FDA to analyze anaphylactic responses to the vaccine in people with high levels of antibodies to PEG.

Pfizer also said it was "actively seeking containment and prevention measures." In an emailed statement to Science, the company recalled that when administering the vaccine, the health worker at hand "should always have the proper tools to treat anaphylactic shock." Vaccinees should be observed for at least half an hour after injection.

Anaphylactic reactions can occur when any vaccine is administered, but are usually very rare - about one in 1 million doses. As of December 19, there were six cases of anaphylaxis in the United States among 272001 people who received the COVID-19 vaccine in the UK - 2 cases. Because Pfizer and Moderna vaccines use a new framework, these reactions require careful study.[25]

Malaysia signs agreement to supply Pfizer vaccine to 6.4 million people

In November 2020, Malaysia signed an agreement with Pfizer Inc. to receive their Covid-19 vaccine for 20% of the population, or about 6.4 million people, said Hairi Jamaluddin, Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation of the country.

The Malaysian National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency will evaluate the vaccine for its safety and efficacy before it is administered to people in early 2021.

Fifth place in the ranking of the most popular vaccines against COVID-19

At the end of November 2020, Bloomberg published a rating of the most popular vaccines against the coronavirus COVID-19 according to the calculations of the London research firm Airfinity. Sputnik V is in 7th place, and the AstraZeneca vaccine tops the list, which most of the world counts on, with the exception of very rich countries like the United States. Read more here.

Pfizer coronavirus vaccine developed only 2 people

In mid-November 2020, BioNTech and Pfizer announced that the coronavirus vaccine they have developed is more than 90% effective and successfully protects against infection of healthy volunteers. At the same time, only two people were at the head of the vaccine development team, the founders of BioNTech were Dr. Ugur Sahin and his wife, Dr. Özlem Türeci, Germans of Turkish origin.

In 2018, Dr. Sahin spoke at a conference Berlin in and made a bold prediction: He reported that his company BioNTech could use its so-called messenger RNA technology to quickly develop a vaccine in the case of a global one. At the pandemics time, Dr. Sahin and his company were little known outside the small world of European biotech startups, and BioNTech was mainly focused on cancer treatment. However, the stunning results of the first successful trial of a coronavirus vaccine have brought BioNTech to the forefront.

Pfizer's COVID-19 coronavirus vaccine created only 2 people

BioNTech began work on the vaccine in January 2020, when Dr. Sahin read an article in the medical journal The Lancet that convinced him of the severity of the threat of a full-scale pandemic. Scientists at the company, based in Mainz, Germany, abandoned the New Year's weekend and started work on the Lightspeed project.

File:Aquote1.png
There are not many companies on our planet that have enough funds and skills to respond so quickly to the threat of a pandemic, "Dr. Sakhin explained. - So we considered it our duty to take on this task, and I realized that we could become one of the first companies to offer a valid vaccine.
File:Aquote2.png

When BioNTech highlighted several promising vaccine candidates, Dr. Sahin concluded that the company would need help to quickly test, address registration and bring the vaccine to market. BioNTech and Pfizer have been working together on a flu vaccine since 2018, so in March 2020 they agreed to cooperate on the development of a coronavirus vaccine and have successfully conducted clinical trials by the end of the year.[26]

The effectiveness of the Pfizer vaccine and Sputnik V turned out to be the same - 92%

The effectiveness of the Sputnik V vaccine is 92%. This was reported on November 11, 2020 on the official website of the drug. The calculation was based on the distribution of 20 confirmed cases identified in the placebo group and in the vaccine-treated group.

As of November 11, 2020, during clinical trials in Russia, more than 20 thousand volunteers with the first dose of vaccine and more than 16 thousand volunteers with the first and second dose of vaccine were vaccinated on the basis of 29 medical centers.

The effectiveness of vaccines against coronavirus Pfizer and Sputnik V turned out to be the same and is 92%

It is stated that no unexpected adverse events were identified during the study. Some of the vaccinated people had short-term adverse events, such as pain at the site of vaccine administration, influenza-like syndrome including fever, weakness, fatigue and headache, according to a joint press release from the Gamaleya Center and the Russian Direct Investment Fund.

Monitoring of volunteers will continue for six months, then a final report will be prepared. The third phase of clinical studies is also being conducted in, Belarus, and To Venezuela UAE a number of other countries. A clinical trial of a vaccine involving older people is also taking place in Russia. Director of the Center named after Gamaleya Alexander Gintsburg noted that the publication of interim results of post-registration tests makes it possible to start mass vaccination of Russians in the coming weeks.

Earlier in November 2020, the American company Pfizer the German BioNTech said that their vaccine from COVID-19 showed the effectiveness of more than 90% in the third phase of trials. The studies involved 43 thousand people of various races and nationalities, no serious side effects were found in any of the subjects.

Alexander Gunzburg says the Pfizer vaccine will have big logistics problems, as it needs to be stored at minus 75-80 degrees. He noted that even in Europe it will be more difficult to store and transport than Sputnik V, which is stored at minus 18.[27]

Pfizer will supply the United States with 100 million doses of coronavirus vaccines for $2 billion

At the end of July 2020, it became known that the US authorities ordered 100 million doses of COVID-19 coronavirus vaccines from Pfizer and biotech firm BioNTech for $2 billion. If necessary, they will be able to receive another 500 million doses. Vaccination of US citizens will be carried out free of charge. Read more here.

UK orders 90 million COVID-19 vaccines from Pfizer
