Biography
Igor Alexandrovich was born on November 18, 1969 in the village. Kayasula, Neftekumsky district, Stavropol Territory.
In 1987 he graduated from school, became a worker at the Kayasulinskoye OPH.
From 1987 to 1989 he served in the Soviet Army.
In 1995 he graduated from Stavropol state the Polytechnic University (in 2012 he was transformed into North Caucasus Federal University (SKFU) by joining the Stavropol State University Pyatigorsk and the State University of Humanities and Technology) with a degree in Industrial and Civil. construction
In 1999 he was appointed adviser to the Chairman of the Government of the Stavropol Territory.
From 2001 to 2006, he worked as deputy head (2001-2003), head (2003), adviser (2003-2006) in the Office of the President and Government of the Chechen Republic.
In 2004 he graduated from the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in State Municipal Administration.
In 2004, he was awarded the degree of candidate of political science.
In 2006, he led the administration of Pyatigorsk.
In 2010, he was appointed assistant rector, and then vice-rector for administrative and economic work of the Moscow State Pedagogical University.
In September 2013, he was approved as vice-rector for administrative and economic work at MSTU MIREA (since 2018, the university has been called RTU MIREA).
As of January 2021, Igor Alexandrovich Tarasov works as vice-rector of RTU MIREA.
