2021: TVs with Kivi Media Media App

 On November 12 , 2021, Kivi, an international television manufacturer,  introduced the 2021 product line. The series includes models from 24 to 65 inches with different resolutions in the updated design. Kivi TV now becomes not only a device for broadcasting content, but also a media store with additional features available immediately after purchase.

To meet high standards of picture quality, models use only class A + panels, as well as a number of technological and software developments. So, HDR is supported for any content, from a drive or translation; Super Contrast Control is responsible for increasing the contrast of individual parts of the image, and UltraClear will increase the quality of the picture on models with support 4K. All smart TVs of the 2021 line work on a full-featured OCAndroid TV with all the features of Google services, integration of the Netflix application and support for any compatible Play Market applications. Chromecast support adds the ability to quickly broadcast content from smartphone wires, and Google Assistant - voice command recognition.

Kivi Media

Together with televisions, Kivi presents the Kivi Media media application. At no additional cost, several sections are available to the user immediately after purchase: "Channels," "Films," "Workout" and "." In Games cooperation with services Okko Megogo , there are - TV channels, free movie packages, as well as films for an additional fee. In the "Workouts" section, the user will find recordings of workouts from known -, fitnessbloggers as well as online workouts. Design

The 2021 line received a completely revised design - as a result of the work of its own R&D and 3 international design bureaus, the models are made in a single concept based on minimalism. The width of the visible part of the front frames is only 2.6 mm, original metal legs are used for the stand, which will allow you to organically fit TVs into any interior and not be distracted when viewing extra details.

All models use  Direct  LED screen illumination technology  with an optical distance of only 20 millimeters, which allows them to be installed quite tightly against the wall on the stand or bracket.

TVs with a diagonal of 24 'to 55' are also available in white.

Kivi TVs support HDR not only for files from the drive, but also when playing content online and during games.

Super Contrast Control technology allows you to automatically change the contrast of the image not only of the entire screen, but also of individual parts of it. To get the full power of the UltraHD screen even when viewing content below 4K, the TV processor can refine sharpness and detail with UltraClear technology.

Sound

For this line, Kivi together JVC Kenwood with an integrated acoustic system was created, which complements the quality image with good sound. Self-developed speakers are manually calibrated for each TV model and are supplemented by the SRC audio processing process and Dolby Audio Processing (DAP). The latter allows you to choose sound presets and has additional tools such as increasing voice volume or auto-leveling sharp sounds during dynamic scenes.

Google Android TV

In 2021, cooperation with Google was expanded, which allowed to increase the stability and speed of the system. The joint efforts of R&D departments Kivi, Google and Mediatek are aimed at optimizing the operation of programs and hardware, as well as at detailed testing before the release of updated versions of firmware.

Thanks to Android TV, certified by Google and Netflix, all Google services created specifically for the TV platform, a large number of applications from the Play Market, as well as Chromecast technology are available to the user.

Management

The remote control was developed jointly with the Korean company Remote Solution. Ergonomics is based on Kivi and Google research: the buttons are located as intuitively as possible. The remote control works with Bluetooth, equipped with a microphone and "quiet" buttons. Air Mouse is provided: using a gyroscope, the console simulates the cursor of the computer mouse on the TV screen.

Kivi Media

Together with the 2021 line, Kivi introduced the Kivi Media application, which includes several sections:

• "Channels": about 28 channels are available without additional charges. In addition, Kivi collaborates with Okko (one of the largest Russian VoD services) and Megogo (a major media service for watching video, TV and listening to audio). Paid content is also available.
• "Films": in collaboration with Okko and Megogo, a package of paid films and a package of films are available without additional fees.
• "Workouts": home workouts on the record and online from well-known fitness bloggers.
• "Games": the section was developed in collaboration with the Boosteroid service. Boosteroid technology allows you to run demanding computer games simply on a TV: the game is launched on your partner's own services, and the gameplay is transmitted via the Internet to the screen of a user who controls the game from his device, for example, from a joystick.

In addition to cloud gaming, free Android games for the whole family are integrated into the section. Control is possible using Bluetooth joysticks, a console and smartphones, depending on the game you choose.

According to the company, Kivi TVs of the presented lineup on November 12, 2021 are partially available for sale from partners and dealers:  DNS,AliExpress, Yandex Market, Ozon, Wildberries, Citilink, Online Trade. 

All devices have a 3-year warranty on the display module.
