Biography

Education

In 2008 she graduated from the Russian Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, having received the qualification of a lawyer.

In 2012, she underwent retraining at the Russian University of Economics named after G.V. Plekhanov under the program "State and Municipal Administration."

Career

FADM, KMPVOO of St. Petersburg

Before moving to the IT industry, she worked in the civil service for more than 10 years, having gone from a specialist to a regional minister. For 3.5 years she headed the Committee on Youth Policy and Interaction with Public Organizations (KMPVOO) of St. Petersburg. She was an adviser to the Governor of St. Petersburg. And also earlier - an adviser to the head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs.

JSC "Greenatom"

Since 2019, he has been the director of projects in the areas of digitalization of Greenatom JSC. Using the experience of interaction with the public sector and personal working contacts, she built work to promote the experience of import substitution of Rosatom State Corporation to regional executive bodies.

In 2021, under the leadership of Renata Abdulina, for the first time, cooperation and promotion of IT products of Greenatom JSC in the governments of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and the Irkutsk Region was ensured, which made it possible to consolidate the company's image as a reliable supplier of IT products/services for the public sector.

In 2022, she became the silver medalist of the Rosatom recognition program "Person of the Year" in the nomination "Development and Promotion in the Markets."

Association KP VET

In 2021, Renata Abdulina was appointed chairman of the Association of the Largest Consumers of Software and Equipment (Association of KP VET), the first expert IT community in Russia focused on the opinion and interests of IT customers.
