2024: Silflex ER30-S Low Frequency RFID Tag Launch
The Siltek Group of Companies, a Russian developer and manufacturer of ear tags for animals, has launched the industrial production of premium electronic ear tags Silflex ER30-S in the low-frequency (134.2 kHz) RFID range. The company announced this on May 14, 2024.
The tag is completely Russian made in the popular format of radio frequency identification, which is ideal in conditions where individual work with an animal "one on one" is necessary during veterinary and zootechnical procedures, automation of production processes.
Our engineers have designed a special lock chamber for this model, which ensures the reliability of attaching the tag to the animal, - said Bogdan Zinchenko, head of the Siltek Group of Companies. - Thanks to the design and harder material of the chamber, the Silflex ER30-S tag is resistant to a sharp change in temperatures, which is important, for example, in southern regions. |
"Silflex ER30-S" is equipped with a pin part "dad" of the "Silflex" series with a super-sharp tip, which makes tagging simple, easy and convenient with the help of even the simplest birkachi.
Silflex ER30-S launched at the Siltek Group of Companies production complex in basic yellow with a distinctive transparent emerald lock chamber and tip; on request, it is possible to manufacture in any colors for additional color identification of animals, for example, as part of breeding work. The tag is available in the FDX-B and HDX protocols of the customer's choice.

Silflex 3D-A Presentation (NFC)
Siltek announced on November 18, 2022, the development of a version of the electronic ear Silflex 3D-A (NFC) at 13.56 MHz, which can be read by ordinary smartphones without using specialized software .
The peculiarity of this modification of the ear tag is that it can be read at a distance of up to 5 cm by any smartphone with NFC function. Using standard applications of the device, you can record and change small text information directly into the tag chip itself - the animal identification number, the name of the enterprise/owner, the date of the last vaccination. This information can subsequently be read by any user: another owner, a veterinary officer.
The NFC version is a full-fledged "digital passport" of the animal containing information in the chip itself. The peculiarity of this development is its convenience, in reducing costs - you do not need to buy special reading equipment or specialized software in the field. livestock production Ordinary household smartphones operating system Android with or, are enough to work with the tag. iOS told Bogdan Zinchenko, Development Director of Siltek Group of Companies.

Silflex 3D-A (NFC) may be of interest to veterinary departments and stations, small farms, where minimal animal identification is required without the use of a specialized complex software product and automated accounting systems. All information about the animal entered through the smartphone is stored in the ear tag chip.
For this tag, a compact antenna for an NFC chip was developed and a special oil structure was created with additional protective layers and a thermal adhesive of increased adhesion, which ensure its improved performance on the animal's ear, supplemented by Maxim Selivanov, Director of the Department of Preservation Technologies of the Siltek Group of Companies.

If desired, for additional identification, the tag itself can be marked - alphanumeric information, logo, QR or barcode.
Silflex 3D-L presentation
On March 23, 2022, the Siltek Group of Companies announced that its engineers had created a combined ear tag for marking cattle, combining elements of ultra-high-frequency electronic and visual tags - Silflex 3D-L.
The combination of two functions - visual control and automatic identification - in one product allows you to quickly find the desired animal and carry out planned manipulations with it, which in general increases the efficiency of zootechnical work with livestock.
"As before, we" go after the market "- we promptly reacted to the wishes, in this case, of livestock breeders to minimize the time to search for an animal in the herd. By combining the components "Mom" from our two separate tags "Silflex L" and "Silflex 3 D-A," we received a product that fully complies with the needs of farms introducing digitalization elements in production. Synergistic effect in action, "- says Bogdan Zinchenko, Director for Industry Development of Siltek Group of Companies. |
"Silflex 3D-L" is made of hypoallergenic super-soft polyurethane; the "dad" component is universal for most ear tags model R30. The reading range of the terminal is up to 3 meters, the size of the flag is 80 * 60 mm - optimal for additional marking (number , barcode, QR code, etc.).
"For the presented product, a tooling for production was developed and manufactured by our specialists. We did this quickly thanks to a high-performance material and technical base and extensive engineering experience. The first batch of finished ear tags "Silflex 3D-L" is already on the way, "- comments Dmitry Nechaev, head of the Engineering Center of the Siltek Group of Companies. |
