2022: Testing of the automated management system for the operation of residential real estate
The A101 Group of Companies announced on July 7, 2022, the start of testing the automated management system for the operation of residential real estate, with the support of the Moscow Innovation Agency. This smart service will control the performance of work related to cleaning and regular maintenance of premises. The pilot operation of the Bruno automated cleaning control system is already being carried out in one of the houses of the Spanish Quarters residential complex.
During the testing period, cleaning service employees, in accordance with the regulations adopted by the management company, clean and record the fact of work performed in a special one, mobile application which is established only by cleaning specialists. After that, residents can check the actual implementation and quality of cleaning common areas, just having scanned QR code in the MOS. Also, the smart service will allow you to establish the exact time of arrival of cleaning employees and the duration of work. Monitoring is carried out in real time.
I myself live in one of the districts of the A101 Group of Companies. As an active member of our community, I wanted to facilitate the work of the management company. Bruno will help reduce the number of appeals from property owners related to claims to clean public areas. And regular automated control will increase the responsibility of employees and improve the quality of cleaning of premises and the surrounding area. An employee can check in at the workplace through a QR code, RFID label or via Bluetooth, and this significantly optimizes the process of monitoring work compared to paper schedules and magazines, commented by one of the creators of Bruno Anton Sereda.

We are testing the cleaning control technology for its subsequent integration into the service ecosystem of the A101 Group of Companies, formed in a mobile application. With the help of Bruno, the management company and the management of the cleaning company can see how quickly and efficiently the cleaning of each specific site was carried out, and determine the potential for improving the level of service. Residents, pointing the camera at the QR code, can see when the cleaning was last carried out, which increases the transparency of the management company and facilitates its public control, Tatiana Feinblit, director of the introduction of digital services of the A101 Group of Companies, told.

Tests of the cleaning control system will be held within the framework of the Moscow program of pilot testing of innovations, implemented by the Moscow Innovation Agency.
Our program was launched in 2019. It allows companies to test updated developments in real conditions. It includes 185 government and commercial institutions that provide their product testing capabilities and services in 18 different industries. Within the framework of the project, more than 200 pilot tests were initiated, as of July 2022, 165, noted Acting Director General of the Moscow Innovation Agency Maria Bogomolova.
