Service of technical customer of FMBA of Russia

The Federal State State Institution "Technical Customer Service" of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency (FGKU "STZ" FMBA of Russia), according to the Charter, carries out the following activities:

• managing digital transformation projects of the FMBA of Russia provided for by the departmental digital transformation program of the FMBA of Russia;
• on interaction with federal authorities (participation in working groups and commissions during departmental inspections and control measures by the Ministry of Health of Russia, FMBA of Russia; monitoring and control over the implementation of measures for the construction and reconstruction of buildings carried out by subordinate institutions of the Ministry of Health of Russia, FMBA of Russia; verification and approval of MTZ and ZNP subordinate to the Ministry of Health of Russia, FMBA of Russia; participation in measures to improve regulatory, legal, organizational and administrative documents, etc.);
• to perform the functions of the state and technical customer;
• to analyze and investigate the effectiveness of medical technological processes;
• legal protection of the interests of the Institution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

History

2021: Renaming to the Service of the Technical Customer of the FMBA of Russia

Since January 2021, the Federal State Treasury Institution "Directorate of the Unified Customer-Developer" of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency has been renamed the Federal State Treasury Institution "Technical Customer Service" of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency.

2020: renaming to the Directorate of the unified customer-developer of the FMBA of Russia

By order of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency dated April 21, 2020 No. 23u, the Federal State Treasury Institution "141 Military Hospital" of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency was renamed the Federal State Treasury Institution "Directorate of the Unified Customer-Developer" of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency.

2017: Renamed 141 FMBA Military Hospital of Russia

By order of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of December 27, 2017, No. 41u was renamed the Federal State Treasury Institution "141 Military Hospital" of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency.

2016: Transfer to FMBA of Russia

In accordance with the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 15, 2016 No. 2416-p, the federal state government institution "141 Military Hospital" of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation was transferred to the jurisdiction of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency.

2014: Establishment of an institution called - 141 Military Hospital of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation

The institution was created by reorganizing the Federal State Government Institution "442 Military Clinical Hospital" of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in the form of allocating from it the Federal State Government Institution "141 Military Hospital" of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on the basis of an order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 24, 2014 No. 69-r.
