"SED Cytros" is a mature solution with intelligent services
The electronic document management system has long become the basic element of the corporate IT infrastructure, without which it is difficult to present an effective EDM. The EDMS market in Russia offers many variants of products with similar functionality, but their implementation from vendor to vendor is very different. This situation complicates the choice of the right solution. What should a modern system be able to automate classical workflow and internal EDM at all stages of the document life cycle? Let's consider the exampleof "Citros EDMS" - an import-independent solution of SL Soft (Softline Group of Companies) for medium and large commercial and state-owned enterprises. Read more here.
Universal Transfer Document Format Support
SL Soft has released an updated release of the Citros SW EDO solution. Softline announced this on August 9, 2024. The updates relate to the support of the new format of universal transfer documents (version 5.02, order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia of 19.12.2023 No. ED-7-26/970 @), and also contain improvements in the user interface.
Softline Group of companies, which includes the SL Soft vendor, strengthens the segment of its own software, focusing on the automation of customer business processes.
Changes in the APD format significantly change its structure. MCD information can now be specified inside the PDA file or metadata, and paper power of attorney information can be entered. It became possible to indicate the cost of traceable goods without VAT in rubles, information about the depreciation group, the code of the type of fixed assets and the useful life of fixed assets.
The updated APD format allows you to conveniently use the document to reflect the movements of property within the organization and when transferring goods for safekeeping. The FTS website published a list of codes for generating information about the special circumstances of the creation of the primary document. Each key corresponds to specific business transactions.
The order of filling in the invoice line "5a" has been changed: in the new format, the name, number and date of the shipment document on the basis of which the invoice was issued must be indicated. The structure of formation and address indication has been adjusted, new codes for oil products have been added and additional information on some types of excisable goods can be entered.
In addition, in the updated format, you can specify data on the type of signature - CEP, NEP or PEP, if they are used by the participants in the transaction, and on the date of signing the document.
"Citros SW EDO" allows you to work with DPC in a new format in the system interface and through the API. In order to make it easier for users to work with documents, the ability to form the usual printed form is supported.
The Citros SW EDO system, even before sending the document through the EDO operator (and further to the counterparty), validates the correctness of the document format on its side, which reduces the risks of errors, problems with counterparties and government agencies. Compliance with the correct format for a formalized document type is one of the prerequisites for ensuring its legal significance.
Other improvements in the release include improvements to the Citros SW EDO interface. Thus, the process of signing and forming response cover sheets for incoming formalized documents has been changed, the processing of the protocol for checking the incorrect electronic signature of secondary documents received from the operator of EDO Kontur.Diadok has been updated.
Despite the fact that the use of the new UPD format will become mandatory from April 01, 2025, we have already implemented this functionality in Citros SW EDO. This is important for our customers who are preparing in advance to fulfill the new requirements of the Federal Tax Service. As a Russian developer, we closely monitor changes in legislation and respond to them in a timely manner, "said Kirill Sokolov, Managing Director of Citros, SL Soft (Softline Group of Companies). |
