The use of CEDO was an important step in increasing the attractiveness of the company for current employees and candidates. Another important factor was the legal significance and speed of unloading electronic documents drawn up in the EDC, if the company is checked by the regulatory and supervisory authorities.

The introduction of KEDO in SBER AUTO began in December 2022. At the first stage, the consent of employees for use was obtained. service At the second stage, the system was extended to most remote employees. to data As of April 2023, all employees are being transferred to KEDO.

The implementation of the EDC helped to reduce the cost of sending and receiving documents, and also reduced the likelihood of losing documents. The use of EDC simplified the work with documents, accelerated processes and made it possible to reduce the cost of paper work.
