SL Soft has supplemented Cytros products with additional intelligent services for working with digital content. These include document recognition, classification, hints, and content-based routing recommendations. The development of its own software portfolio, which, in particular, uses AI technologies, refers to the strategic growth drivers of Softline Group of Companies, which announced this on July 10, 2024.

The added services of "Cytros" are natively built into the product interface. They speed up the work of all specialists involved in the workflow process, due to the fact that there is no need to switch between systems to perform certain tasks. Services simplify the entry and routing of documents, significantly reduce the share of manual work of users, reduce the likelihood of errors.

The OCR-based scan or image recognition function is located in the document card and allows you to add a text layer to the file with one button, which can be selected and copied. The obtained data is also used by the systems to search for a document directly by its content.

The classification service can independently determine the document class, which makes it easier to solve many tasks, for example, automatically fill out a document card or select a route for processing a document or determine the date and place of storage of the document. For files following a specific approval, signing, or execution route, users are offered recommendations for business process participants, taking into account the essence of the text. To do this, Citros uses built-in intelligent algorithms and text mining technology, and ML models are trained automatically and in a transparent mode for users.

The development of intelligent services and their inclusion in the circuit of classic automation systems is part of the SL Soft product strategy. To enrich functionality, we use our own proven technologies included in the Register of Russian Software.

Ability to configure information upload for BI systems

Citros Digital Platform has added the ability to customize the upload of information for BI systems. Softline announced this on December 12, 2023.

Now users of products based on the "Citros Digital Platform" will be able to easily build interactive dashboards based on data accumulated during the collection and processing of digital content, visualize statistics on the movement of documents, flexibly group statistical data into various categories, it is convenient to present this information and use it in everyday activities.

Citros Digital Platform is a Russian-developed ESM platform of SL Soft (Softline Group of Companies), designed to manage content used in business processes. On the basis of this solution, you can develop classic EDMS, archives and introduce personnel electronic document management. To simplify the analysis of data, a mechanism for unloading information for BI systems was added to the platform with the ability to easily adjust the composition of uploaded data, download schedule, multithreading. In accordance with the settings, a separate database of statistical data is automatically formed, which provides the ability to build complex reporting and control dashboards without loading the main database of the system. At the same time, various BI systems can act as data consumers.

The solution is designed in such a way that uploading information and working with BI reports is easily carried out by the customer or implementation teams, without involving developers.

SL Soft confirms the success of testing the collaboration of Cytros products based on the Digital Platform Cytros and Polymatica Dashboard. All products are part of SL Soft's portfolio.

Polymatica Dashboards is a designer of reports and interactive signage. Out of the box functionality is combined with the ability to self-service customization. Polymatica Dashboards offers its users advanced filtering and sorting mechanisms, flexible settings for accessing data and information panels (administrator, analyst, user), hybrid source connection (with data import and direct connection) and a large selection of ready-made or custom visualizations. To create an information panel in Polymatica Dashboards, programming skills are not required, work with the system can be mastered in a few hours.

Citros Digital Platform from SL Soft (Softline Group of Companies) has been updated to release 3.2. It contains important architectural changes to facilitate the integration of the solution into the customer infrastructure, and a number of updates to make it easier for business users to configure the product. Architectural changes affected system audit and content transformation services. System audit services can now be located on a separate server, and content transformation services, used, for example, to preview it in a browser, on one or more servers. It became possible to direct the flow of audit events to external systems for collecting audit information, and an administrative tool was added to view and search for events. These updates make it easier to scale the system and ensure stable operation under high loads.

Additional functions have been introduced that make working with Citros Digital Platform even more convenient. Now users and administrators can independently, without involving developers, adjust the rules for visualizing electronic signature stamps. Added the ability to edit office documents directly from the browser, without the need to open specialized editors on the computer. Another innovation affected the coordination processes - the function of appointing a group of employees responsible for these tasks is available.

Compatibility with Alt Server 10 on the x86_64 platform

On October 12, 2023, BASEALT confirmed the compatibility of Alt operating systems with Citros solutions developed by SL Soft (part of the Softline Group of Companies). According to the test results, the correct operation of the Alt Server 10 and Alt Workstation 10 OS with the Citros SW EDO software product and the Alt Server 10 OS on the x86_64 platform with the Cytros Digital Platform ECM system was confirmed.

Alt Server 10 is a server operating system with great functionality that allows you to deploy and support corporate infrastructure, as well as use various peripheral equipment.

Alt Workstation 10 is a universal operating system for desktops and laptops, including an expanded set of programs and device drivers.

Astra Linux Special Edition Compatibility
