The main area of ​ ​ work is the creation of multi-format retail in Sakhalin and the Far East.

The grocery supermarket Matryoshka (Vostok Retail LLC) in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk specializes in selling food and offers a wide range of goods at affordable prices in the discounter format. Many different positions are available to customers of the chain, ranging from fresh vegetables and fruits, meat and dairy products, to feed and special food for animals. The chain of stores "Matryoshka" is distributed in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, the population of the city is less than 200 thousand people.

Earlier, the chain of product discounters "Matryoshka" did not have its own loyalty cards, but accepted only regional and municipal preference cards "United Card of Sakhalinets." Loymax has proposed and implemented a project to implement a loyalty program, and in addition to virtual cards, has launched plastic buyer cards.

In addition, the project has developed a mobile application that allows customers to issue a virtual card, receive information about promotions and bonus balances, and also displays purchase history. The mobile application has already been installed by the first buyers of Matryoshka.

The project had its difficulties associated with the transition to alternative cash management. In addition to the geographical and natural difficult conditions for the delivery of equipment, joint configuration of software was required. However, thanks to Loymax specialists, these problems have been solved.
