2025: Revenue growth almost 3 times, up to 2 billion rubles
In 2025, the developer of ERP "Galaxy" increased revenue almost threefold, to about 2 billion rubles. The general director of the company Alexei Telkov told about this at a meeting of the top management of Galactica with the press on January 27, 2026, specifying that we are talking about preliminary, unaudited financial results. The company demonstrated this growth from a low base, and in 2026 expects to maintain high dynamics.
Answering TAdviser's questions, the head of the company noted that about 2/3 of the revenue in 2025 came from projects with new customers. The company is focused on working with a large corporate sector - primarily with enterprises that previously implemented ERP SAP and Oracle and are now in the stage of either deciding on import substitution, or considering where to move. New projects in the Galaxy portfolio were mainly initiated by large enterprises with a geographically distributed infrastructure.
The growth of work has led to the need to expand the Galaxy staff. For the year, it grew from about 300 to more than 600 people. And the company plans to hire about 300-400 more new employees in 2026 against the background of continued business development.
Among the key factors that contributed to the growth of turnover in 2025 after a period of some lull, the company calls the update and strengthening of the Galaxy team and the implementation of an updated strategy (for more information on this "reboot," see the history block in the main article about "Galaxy"). As previously noted by Alexey Telkov, who himself moved to the "Galaxy" from "T2" (ex. Tele2) in December 2024, "collected the best of the best." In addition to a number of ex-colleagues in "T2," who migrated with him to "Galaxy" to key positions, in the top team there is, for example, Leonid Kozmin, who has many years of experience in SAP. In 2025, he took up the post of deputy general director for commercial activities at Galactica.
State policy in the field of import substitution and cybersecurity also makes a certain contribution to the fact that large customers are gradually initiating projects to switch from imported ERPs to Russian ones. But to a greater extent, in the large corporate sector, this is still due to the realization on the customer's side that the continued use and support of foreign solutions in the absence of a vendor is fraught with negative consequences for business - both at the level of business processes and financial costs.
The "Galactica" notes that too many resources often have to be spent on maintaining the work of the import solution: for example, in order to comply with the requirements of Russian legislation, customers, in the absence of a vendor, have to manually write updates for the system, for which hundreds of people are involved. As a result, the cost of using SAP can be comparable to the cost of switching to Russian ERP systems that meet the requirements of the regulator out of the box.
And, as a rule, those who are now initiating projects to switch from SAP and Oracle in a large business are clients who have already been closely looking at, studied and tried solutions available on the market in test and pilot mode over the past few years, says Alexey Telkov. Projects for the implementation of a new ERP are complex and complex, it is not easy to decide on them and lead them, so usually "ripening" before the start takes several years.
To strengthen the Galaxy ecosystem, it is necessary to significantly increase the number of people who can implement its products. In this company, the creation of competence centers for their preparation helps. Also in the last year, Galactica have been actively work to attract the largest integrators and consultants as partners to its ecosystem. Regarding the latter, in particular, as of the beginning of 2026, a partnership has already been established with all key players with the exception of Axenix, the former Russian division of Accenture.
At the same time, at a meeting with the media, Alexei Telkov shared that the issue of creating an integrator in the contour of the Galaxy itself is being considered. The fact that the vendor himself will participate in the development and implementation of the system directly often plays a significant argument for large Russian customers in favor of starting the project. Leonid Kozmin confirms that many large customers used to consider such a model as more preferable when interacting with SAP.
As for the Russian ERP market as a whole, Alexey Telkov notes that, unlike some other IT segments, in the large corporate segment, the general economic situation and the high key rate of the Central Bank, due to which some IT projects have recently been "frozen." This is due to the fact that ERP is a base that large businesses cannot do without. In terms of the competitive situation on the market, Galactica shares the observation that some domestic players, positioned as ERP developers, who intensified in 2022-2023. after the departure of foreign vendors. This phenomenon, however, is also characteristic of other software segments.

A significant role in the growth of turnover was played by the trend of import substitution, says Dmitry Chernykh, chairman of the Galaxy board. He noted that it was 2017 that became the year of import substitution.
| In the first year, it was a conversation about import substitution, then the fear of import substitution, then sabotage, and only 2017 was the year of the beginning of real import substitution, "Chernykh said in a conversation with TAdviser. |
In addition, in 2017, Galactica acquired 120 new partners. As another example, he cited the Frontstep CIS company, which previously dealt mainly with Western products, and now collaborates with the Galaxy.
Against the background of an increase in the number of partners, "Galactica" has revised the program of work with companies with the status of "Strategic Partner." Dmitry Chernykh explained to TAdviser that Galactica excluded a centralized approach and switched to a more vendor model of work. The company is not trying to manage and implement projects itself, but is trying to do everything to increase the competence of partners and transfer the consulting part to them, he says.
| Previously, it was irrelevant simply due to the fact that the market in relation to Russian corporate vendors from the beginning of the 2000s. and until 2016 actually stagnated, "he says. - That is, we survived rather than developed. Although we had an increase, it was rather natural, and there was no such explosive as now. |
