2024: Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin approved the new composition of the presidium of the Russian government. List
On May 31, 2024, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on the formation of the Presidium of the Government of the Russian Federation. In addition to Mishustin himself, it included all deputy prime ministers and 10 out of 21 ministers.
In accordance with the federal constitutional law on the government of the Russian Federation, a presidium can be formed in the structure of the Cabinet of Ministers at the suggestion of the Prime Minister "to resolve operational issues." Meetings are held "as needed," and decisions on them are made by a majority vote. Presidiums were, in particular, in the first government of Dmitry Medvedev from 2012 to 2018, as well as in the government of Vladimir Putin in 2008-2012. The new approved composition of the presidium included:
- Mikhail Mishustin - Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation;
- Denis Manturov - First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation;
- Tatyana Golikova - Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation;
- Dmitry Grigorenko - Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Chief of Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation;
- Alexander Novak - Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation;
- Alexey Overchuk - Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation;
- Dmitry Patrushev - Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation;
- Vitaly Savelyev - Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation;
- Yuri Trutnev - Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District;
- Marat Khusnullin - Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation;
- Dmitry Chernyshenko - Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation;
- Anton Alikhanov - Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation;
- Andrei Belousov - Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation;
- Vladimir Kolokoltsev - Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation;
- Anton Kotyakov - Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation;
- Alexander Kurenkov - Minister of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Disaster Management;
- Sergei Lavrov - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation;
