2025: Association with Ugoria Insurance Company

In early July 2025, it became known about the merger of the assets of the insurance companies Yugoria and Hyde. The corresponding decision was previously made by Concern Rossium (which is the owner of JSC GSK Yugoria) and shareholders of JSC SK Gaide. The deal is expected to open up new opportunities for customers and partners with access to an updated product range and improved expert support.

The companies said that combining professional competencies, technological base and personnel potential allows customers to offer an expanded choice of insurance products while maintaining high standards of service. At the same time, employees of both organizations will receive additional opportunities in terms of professional development in a large company.

Under the terms of the agreement, Yugoria acquired the rights to the Gaide trademark. At the same time, the offices of the latter will continue to operate under their own brand, offering products and services to Yugoria to residents of new regions: Crimea, Sevastopol, Lugansk and Donetsk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. At the same time, from July 1, 2025, the settlement of all insurance events under the Gayde policies is carried out by the Yugoria company. For existing Gaide customers, the terms of the previously concluded contracts remain unchanged. When prolonging, a choice will be offered from various insurance programs for all cases of life at special rates.^[1]"
