He worked as an executive director at CoMagic, led marketing at Mango Telecom, a marketing department in Tele2 divisions.

From 2016 to 2020, Valery worked as the director of marketing and sales of the advertising vertical, MTS where he built sales and marketing processes, ensured the centralization of advertising sales and increased advertising revenue 10 times.

He was the director of the marketing and sales block for MTS corporate clients, where he led a team of 200 + people and built a unified B2B sales management system in nine MTS business units responsible for non-telecom products. He introduced a unified sales management and motivation system based on Bitrix, ensured the digitalization of document management, created unified marketing, scouting, analytics processes. Thanks to this, Pashchenko managed to increase the profitability of sales in business units by 41% per year.

Valery's duties included monetizing the pool of Getblogger solutions, including key sources of CPA/CPP traffic - platforms for working with bloggers and platforms for working with webmasters - owners of sites, Telegram channels, cashback services, online storefronts. Pashchenko also participates in the development of advertising equipment, combining and bundling Getblogger products with MTS AdTech products and technologies. As director of business transformation, he will also focus on digital sales transformation.
