• consumables: paper towels, napkins, toilet paper;
• products for cleaning: inventory and professional chemistry.

The assortment of the enterprise has more than 6,000 nomenclature items.

Merida has its own production in the Moscow region, warehouses with an area of ​ ​ more than 2,000 square meters. m. And an extensive distribution network. The company's branches operate in Moscow, Krasnoyarsk, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar and other cities of Russia.

Project objectives

The list of products manufactured by Merida includes antiseptics and disinfectants. From October 1, 2023, this category of goods is subject to the mandatory marking "Honest Sign" ("ChZ"). The customer needed to organize work in the warehouse taking into account the new requirements, and for this purpose he turned to our company.

After the introduction of labeling, the burden on employees increased. Acceptance, collection of orders and other warehouse operations have become more difficult, the time for their execution has increased. The main difficulties were caused by the process of collecting and shipping batches (antiseptic cartridges) to wholesale customers. In addition to labeling goods, employees must solve additional tasks:

• aggregate the marking codes (CM) into a group package;
• generate universal transfer documents with loaded CMs for sending to customers and to the "ChZ" system.

In order for these operations to be carried out quickly and without errors, it was necessary to implement collection terminals data (shipping documentation) and specialized mobile software for checking and processing CM. The main requirements of the customer: so that the selected software solutions have an understandable interface and integrate accounting system with "."1C:ERP

Project Description

To automate the accounting of marked goods, we proposed to use a ready-made solution - DataMobile software with an additional software module Marking. The application was installed on iData K3S terminals (in the amount of 9 pieces) selected by the customer. Our specialists integrated the mobile software with the 1C: ERP accounting program, set up the shipping documentation and conducted personnel training.

The main reason for choosing DataMobile software is support for all the necessary functions for complete automation of work with marking:

• collection of CM for input and output from circulation;
• check of codes for validity;
• aggregation of CM into transport packaging;
• execution of acceptance and shipment of goods in the format of volume and varietal metering (OSU) or by piece.

To aggregate the BM into transport packaging, the employee needs to scan the barcode from the box and from all the goods that are placed in it. It is sufficient to specify the total number of items in the package for volume-wise accounting. The application generates a packing list and reflects the nesting of the box. Next, the employee sends the data to "1C," where it is loaded into the universal transfer document. The user of the accounting program can only transfer the APP to the buyer through the electronic document management system.

Results

With the DataMobile application and the iData shipping documentation, it was possible to solve all the tasks:

• automate the process of labeling goods in production;
• organize the registration of antiseptics in accordance with the requirements of "Honest Sign";
• simplify and speed up warehouse processes, including selection, packaging and shipment of batches of labeled products;
• minimize human error and loss.

In the future, the customer plans to use the shipping documentation and the DataMobile application to accept and ship all (not only labeled) products.
