2024: Revenue growth by 26% to RUB 2.7 billion
As TAdviser found out in early December 2025, MerlionTech, which specializes in IT projects in the areas of retail, distribution, logistics and business services, received 2.74 billion rubles in revenue in 2024. The growth in relation to 2023, when the result of 2.17 billion rubles was shown, amounted to 26.1%.
The cost of sales on an annualized basis rose by 36.5% - from 1.34 billion rubles to 1.83 billion rubles. Commercial expenses are not reflected in the accounting documentation, while management expenses decreased by 21%, amounting to 588.57 million rubles against 745.31 million rubles in 2023. Other income and other expenses are indicated in the amount of 3.09 million rubles and 375 thousand rubles, respectively, against 4.45 million rubles and 10.6 million rubles a year earlier - a drop of 30.6% and 96.5%.
Sales of products, goods, works and services in 2024 brought 2.37 billion rubles, which is 8.9% more than a year earlier (2.18 billion rubles). Other receipts increased by 9.6% - from 430.27 million rubles to 471.68 million rubles. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services rose by 369.6% - from 4.61 million rubles to 21.63 million rubles. Labor costs decreased from RUB 2.05 billion to RUB 1.92 billion (minus 6.3%). Other payments jumped 64.5%, reaching 894.67 million rubles against 543.77 in 2023. Thus, the balance of cash flows from current operations in 2024 amounted to 6.55 million rubles.
Gross profit for the year increased by 9.4% - from 829.52 million rubles to 907.85 million rubles. Profit from sales jumped almost four times, amounting to 319.27 million rubles against 84.21 million rubles in 2023. The company received 311.99 million rubles of net profit, which is 382.5% more than a year earlier (64.66 million rubles).[1]
