By 2020, CROC has become a company in which "transformation is integrated at the gene code level," CROC added.

Our approach can be formulated as a "culture of constant change": we constantly collect and use feedback from customers, partners and competitors. On its basis, we have reassembled and continue to reassemble the company's strategic portfolio, based on constant interaction with the market, studying the needs of customers, the CROC explains.

Based on the same logic, the company first formed a portfolio of express solutions for remote work in March 2020, and then an anti-crisis portfolio in April-May last year. The directions included in the anti-crisis portfolio brought an increase in revenue of 82% for the period from March 1 to September 30, 2020 in relation to the same period in 2019. Also in these areas the number of projects increased, and the number of new customers increased by 172%.

Our plans for 2021 are to continue working on efficiency: to increase revenue by 20% due to an approach based on continuous development, which concerns both internal CROC processes and work with the market and customer expectations. In 2021, we will continue to expand the company's portfolio of solutions. An important task for us will be to further synchronize sales, production and marketing. Q1 revenue growth of 37%

On May 18, 2020, the CROC IT company announced to TAdviser the results of financial and operating activities for 15 months: 2019 and the first quarter of 2020. In the first quarter, the number of customers increased by 11% (496 existing [1]), by 19% - the company's projects (1069 existing projects). The average check for the project increased by 16%.

CROC almost did not grow in 2019, but sharply increased revenue in the 1st quarter of 2020

The most rapidly growing direction in Q1 2020 was the computing infrastructure[2]: an increase of 22% by Q4 2019, the share in revenue in the first quarter of 2020 was 17%. Positive dynamics is dictated by the trend for intelligent data processing - one of the priority areas for the development and implementation of technologies in Russia. In 2019, almost half of the costs of introducing AI technologies (49%) came from the purchase of computing power for storing and processing big data According [3] The goal of most projects in this category is to improve customer experience through a comprehensive analysis of consumer behavior and personalized communications, as well as increase business efficiency and transparency. Companies are constantly looking for points for growth, testing development scenarios, regulating development priorities and responding to market changes even faster than before the pandemic. To do this, companies use the entire stack of technologies aimed at working with data and business processes.

The first quarter 2020 the most rapid growth in the industry. [4] fell on:

Due to the pandemic, market needs have changed. In the first quarter of 2020, a sharp increase occurred in computing infrastructure, communication platforms, and information security. The demand for robotization of business processes (RPA and BPM) and remote electronic document management system has increased .

{{quote 'author = Boris Bobrovnikov noted, founder and CEO IT of the company "CROC"|The consequences of the pandemic will inevitably spur the development of technologies: cloudy in particular, the outsourcing IT infrastructures segment, solutions based on artificial intelligence and big data will be more and more in demand. We already see the beginning of this trend according to the results of the first quarter of 2020. Isolation has shown everyone that the mass migration of business to online is a natural process of evolution. And I must say, the companies mainly coped with the first stage of this transition, but there is still a lot of work ahead. Everyone has more or less adapted to the current conditions, and business needs tools that will allow it to smoothly leave the office, but from the crisis peak. At the same time, it became clear that the pre-crisis business models and threat models did not include such risks, and by and large all anti-crisis plans will be revised. It will also be revised, logistics since globalization in the context of the crisis played a bad joke with production. to medicine Our company has announced a portfolio of solutions for the post-crisis period, allowing our clients to quickly gain competitive advantages and move to growth, }}

To help companies in the emergency transfer of employees to a remote format, on March 23, CROC presented a portfolio of two dozen express solutions that can satisfy all business needs, regardless of size and industry specifics. The number of customers with high LTV (Lifetime Value) increased to [5]., and revenue on them increased by 19%.

An important result of 2019 was the expansion of the geography of the presence of "CROC" both in the Russian Federation and abroad. Since 2019, the company has been operating in 342 cities (an increase of 13%) and in 82 of 85 Russian regions (an increase of 8%). Three more countries have been added to the international circuit: Belarus, Croatia, Israel.

Industry directions "CROC" also showed positive results in 2019. All industries in which the company specializes, [6] increased in percentage from 9 to 65%, confirming the effectiveness of the implementation of the company's strategic plans for the development and deepening of industry expertise.

In 2019, the most rapidly growing areas of CROC 's business [7]:

A year ago, CROC announced an updated positioning of the company. Based on it, the entire business was divided into 5 main tricks: the classic business "CROC" - (design solutions), the process business - (services public cloud "CROC," XaaS and SaaS""), breakthrough technologies - (, blockchain Big Data VRAR artificial intelligence,/,,,,,,,,,, etc.), machine learning IoT BIM smart city machine vision chat boats robotization expertise, consulting as well as products and replicated solutions.

In 2020, CROC continued to structure and refine the strategic portfolio of solutions based on the current needs of the IT market. Now, the company's areas are grouped into three clusters: business solutionsSoftware [12], infrastructure solutions, engineering and multimedia systems. Regarding this classification, the results for 2019 are as follows:

  • Business solutions - 16.5% growth;
  • Infrastructure solutions - 7.5% growth;
  • Engineering and multimedia systems - 31% reduction due to reduction of civil works.

According to the results of 2020, CROC predicts further growth in average annual revenue due to the reversal of the strategic portfolio of solutions to market realities, an increase of 25% in the number of projects through services and managed services.

In 2020, the company plans to enter other markets, as well as deepen industry specialization, including in additional regions of presence around the world. The strategic drivers of the year will be the expansion and replication of expertise and methodology for digital transformation, and stimulating import substitution programs for technological products and software will accelerate the development of the software development direction and the Digital Production direction.

Also in the plans to increase labor productivity: an increase in specific revenue per person by 10%, the formation of an ecosystem of resources and competencies: compliance with the SLA for the allocation of resources of the required qualifications and work with [13]

2018: 34.5% revenue growth

According to the results of 2018, CROC 's revenue increased by 34.5% and amounted to 30.32 billion rubles, the company told TAdviser in April. CROC says that the main drivers of business growth have been the internal transformation and development of new products and services.

Internal transformation as a growth driver

CROC CEO Boris Bobrovnikov noted in a conversation with TAdviser that 2018 passed for the company under the sign of transformation. Its need was caused by changes taking place in the market. In the era of digital transformation, the market needs more than integration, and against this background, customers want to call themselves digital companies, grow digital competencies within themselves, he says.

File:Aquote1.png
Our customers began to compete with us for technology, for people, for implementation, - says the general director of CROC. - In this regard, we have found a new paradigm for ourselves: "CROC" becomes a digital business partner for its customers, and not just a supplier of products and services. We look at the business of our customers and offer them digital tools that will allow them to earn more. These new tools often require tuning the business of our customers.
File:Aquote2.png

The task of CROC is to manage to find niches in which customers themselves do not know how to solve problems well enough, the general director of the company added.

Boris Bobrovnikov spoke about large-scale transformations within the company "(photo - press service" CROC ")"

To develop the business in the new role, CROC in 2018 made many changes that affected strategic and operational business processes and employees, as well as the launch of new areas. In total, more than 30 different change initiatives were launched, more than 40 pilots were carried out related to the testing of new financial models, new sales models, etc., cite data in CROC.

According to Boris Bobrovnikov, the company adopted a new financial model, which made it possible for "CROC" to "grow decently" in 2018 and should allow it to grow at about the same pace in 2019. For example, a number of transformations have been carried out to make pricing decisions faster and more flexible on a case-by-case basis. Previously, only one approach was used, he says.

The "CROC" clarified TAdviser that, in particular, earlier, fixed criteria were used to assess the effectiveness of transactions and calculate the cost of work in the company. In the new sales model, these are flexible indicators that are calculated pointwise for each project, taking into account the implementation format. For example, managed service, HaaS and others.

Bobrovnikov explained to TAdviser that CROC delegated the decision-making in the field of pricing to the leaders of groups and areas to a greater extent than before. There is an agreement with them that they bring companies a certain amount of margin in different ways. For example, at the expense of projects with large revenues, but small margins. Or, on the contrary, they sell projects with small revenues, but large margins. This allows you to more flexibly approach each project and customer and adapt to the capabilities of your own production of "CROC."

Due to this, the company in some cases can significantly reduce the price, and in some cases - on the contrary, raise it. Decisions on pricing are now made within literally hours, says the CEO of CROC.

The change in the approach to pricing was also required by the fact that as part of its own transformation, CROC formed its own product portfolio. Now the company is engaged not only in design activities, but also acts as a vendor.

The change in the financial model also includes the fact that in addition to simply buying and selling and performing services for Krok projects, it has now begun to perform tasks that assume that the company takes on certain customer risks. Also, models of joint products according to the revenue sharing model (revenue sharing) and the creation of projects on the terms that CROC receives part of the payment only when the client reaches KPI, which were agreed at the start.

According to the revenue sharing model, "CROC" works with almost all the teams of its internal accelerator, created to help startups in development: "together we come to a potential client who makes cross-sales. For example, we offer him with our solution to increase cross-sales revenue by 10%. When a positive result is achieved, we receive 3% of the revenue, "explained in Krok. Also, as KPIs, you can use the involvement of the target audience in the client's digital channels, if there is such a task on his part. In each specific partnership, the KPI is different and depends on the specifics of the client's business and the tasks being solved.

One of the changes that contributed to the growth was the creation of a digital consulting direction in the company, helping customers in transformation, Bobrovnikov said. It employs about 30 key employees, closely interacting with about 300 people from other CROC teams.

The company also has an industry specialization of employees: industry experts have appeared, to which analysts are connected, digital consulting offering specific solutions, explained in CROC. Industry experts make it clear to product teams what solutions customers need.

Bobrovnikov stressed that despite the great transformations in the company, CROC does not abandon the traditional direction for itself - integration.

In general, the formed portfolio of CROC solutions for 2019-2021. consists of five areas:

Solutions of startups and small companies are actively absorbed into the product line. Especially for this, "CROC" created a business accelerator. Boris Bobrovnikov explained that CROC does not directly invest in startups and does not acquire rights to their intellectual property, but contributes to the development of their solutions in its accelerator. Subsequently, CROC can act, for example, as an exclusive partner in the sale of solutions. During the operation of the accelerator, about 15 companies appeared with which CROC works closely.

The CROC transformation initiative has become the basis for developing a strategy for the period 2019-2021. One of the main goals of the new strategy is to further diversify the business and go beyond the classical business model. integrators. The company decided to focus on developing new businesses and brands aimed at helping customers launch digital initiatives and improving business efficiency.

How much and what CROC earned

The integration business continues to make a great contribution to the total revenue of CROC - in 2018 it accounted for 29.3% of the total turnover. The direction of computing complexes increased by 171%, DSS showed an increase of 167%. The directions of electromechanical and low-current systems in the category of "services" increased 2 and 4 times, respectively.

Such a share of classic business is associated with the preservation of the trend for the modernization of the IT infrastructure of companies and its adaptation to new digital needs, the company says.

Digital services became one of the growth drivers of CROC in 2018. This area combines developments in the field (VR, Virtual Reality) of virtual and augmented reality, robotics projects, cloud services, audiovisual complexes and industrial solutions of Industry 4.0. In total, these dynamically growing areas brought the company about 2.6 billion rubles, accounting for 8.5% of the total revenue structure. The main factor in increasing the revenue of these technological areas was the digital transformation of traditional industries.

In 2018, the share of management consulting services in CROC 's revenue amounted to 3.8%, an increase in monetary terms by 17% compared to 2017 - to 1.16 billion rubles. Corporate networking and data transmission projects grew by 9%, accounting for 3.9% of total revenue. In monetary terms, this amounted to about 1.2 billion rubles.

Compared to 2017, support services showed an increase of 7%, reaching 6.1 million rubles.

In the sectoral context, the greatest growth was shown by the direction of sports - it increased by 138%, to 1.875 billion rubles due to the construction of sports facilities for the 2018 World Cup, accounting for 6.2% of the total revenue of CROC. Retail and trading showed an increase of 52%, to 3.19 billion rubles, reaching 10.5% in the revenue structure. The financial segment grew by 48%, to 7.81 billion rubles, and it accounts for the largest share of CROC 's revenue - 26%. The public sector accounted for 19.4% of the company's revenue structure in 2018 - about 5.9 billion rubles. Equipment as a service also showed good growth, they say in CROC.

The revenue of CROC in 2018 was positively influenced by projects to create an IT infrastructure for the World Cup and equip the largest sports facilities in Russia with modern engineering and IT systems.

In addition to working in Russia, CROC in 2018 actively developed its foreign business. However, its share in total revenue is still small: it is only a few percent. According to Boris Bobrovnikov, the intensification of work in foreign markets is associated, among other things, with the difficult economic situation in Russia.

2017: 20.9% drop in revenue to RUB 22.54 billion

In 2017, CROC's revenue amounted to 22.54 billion rubles, which is 20.9% lower than in 2016. The key impact on the results was the postponement of several large projects to 2018. At the same time, the company conducted an audit of the product portfolio, increased revenue on managed services and cloud services and implemented projects based on all the "high-profile technologies" of the year, creating the foundation for sustainable development in the context of economic turbulence.

The company refused low-margin supplies of equipment, licenses and resale of services of a number of vendors, which reduced the attractiveness of the CROC offer for customers, starting the replacement of these products with sales of contracts for managed and cloud services (growth of 23% and 25%, respectively). Instead of a one-time sale, the service model will give CROC the opportunity to receive regular revenue for 3-10 years in advance, and will allow customers to replace CAPEX with OPEX and receive services with a guaranteed SLA level.

In 2017, the company replenished its competencies with projects based on blockchain technologies, artificial intelligence, chat bots and robotization of business processes, video analytics, VR/AR/MR, IoT, BIM. Big Data projects grew in volume and complexity. In particular, in 2017, CROC implemented a Data Lake class solution for one large geographically distributed company, it allowed storing and processing data arrays up to 264TB in size, accepting up to 200,000 new records per second. And for a large retail bank, a project was implemented on the basis of real-time Big Data, competence is widely in demand by banks providing online services.

Among the important steps of 2017 are the deepening of industry competencies, the expansion of the portfolio of solutions for business-functional customers and the launch of an enterprise accelerator, which contributes to the transformation of new ideas of employees into new services for customers. Also in 2017, in response to the needs of customers to accelerate their business processes and bring new digital services to the market, the company created the Digital Generator service.

The directions of computing solutions, audiovisual complexes, engineering systems and document management systems on the platforms of Western vendors showed negative dynamics largely due to delayed projects. At the same time, sales of computing complexes were partially replaced by sales of cloud services and Hardware as a Service (+ 31.4%). In the field of engineering systems, service maintenance increased (+ 73.2%) due to the launch of comprehensive maintenance services for buildings, data centers and stadiums.

In addition, optimization and control of the network (+ 221%), infrastructure application solutions (+ 219%), data protection and continuity of IT services (+ 160.2%), industrial solutions (109%), VR/AR (+ 86%), voice solutions (+ 36.8%), data transfer (+ 11%), design and implementation of information security systems (+ 10%), BI solutions (6%), mobile and portal solutions (+ 5.0%), development on information security (+ 3%). The direction of development of hardware solutions (+ 337%) has grown significantly, primarily due to projects for the production of KOIB 2017 to automate Elections-2018 together with JSC Concern Avtomatika.

The number of CROC projects for the year increased by 5%, to 2150 projects. The company's staff at the end of 2017 amounted to 2120 people (comparable to the data at the end of 2016).

Revenue growth of 8.5% was shown by the industrial sector. One of the significant projects in the segment was the robotization of the personnel function at 5 PhosAgro enterprises - 10 thousand employees can receive more than 20 types of personnel documents in CROC development kiosks. Another big step in the development of competencies in industry was taken in the field of providing power supply to production enterprises. For the new automobile plant, which covers an area of more than 200 hectares, CROC specialists designed and built on-site electric networks and 12 transformer substations.

In 2017, CROC sales in the energy sector increased by 7%. Growth in the industry ensured the completion of a number of large complex projects, including the modernization of the technology data exchange network for one of the leading Russian companies in the field of electricity production.

The volume of business oilgas in the sector is comparable to the result of the previous year (+ 0.3%). In this segment, a new online control service for the construction process was provided. The modern multimedia and AEROSPACE FORCES infrastructure deployed on the observation deck of the complex ZapSibNeftekhim"" Tobolsk helps the Moscow corporate center of SIBUR and the management of the facility under construction to monitor the progress of construction online and monitor compliance with the project deadlines.

The state, construction (construction of sports facilities) and transport segments showed a decline in revenue by 26.0%, 57.6% and 7.8%. At the same time, landmark projects were implemented in each of the industries: equipping the stadium with physical security systems of FC Krasnodar and the surrounding park area with an area of 22.7 hectares; development of the "Comprehensive Information System of Courts of General Jurisdiction of Moscow" (KIS SOY) in the Moscow City Court and 35 district courts of Moscow. Also, within the framework of the "Reasonable City" direction, the 2016 project for the introduction of video identification at the airport in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk was developed. In 2017, the system was expanded to two regional airports, one seaport and one railway station.

Revenue in the financial, trading and telecom segments decreased by 15.9%, 39.4% and 46.6%, respectively. CROC reformatted the interaction with these industries, transforming in the wake of market changes. One of the pilots of the CROC to create a digital infrastructure for financial institutions is a system for assessing, accounting and storing cryptocurrency assets of customers. One of the significant projects in the trading segment was the placement in the CROC cloud of the online product catalog of the Castorama hypermarket chain (30 thousand items of goods, more than 3 million buyers per month). An important performance indicator for Internet trading sites has increased significantly - thanks to automatic image compression, the speed of loading pages and images of goods has decreased from 6.5 to 0.5 seconds.

The CROC portfolio for digitalization of business functions of customers has expanded. The traditional competence of CROC in the field of financial automation of large companies, logistics processes and automation of interaction with clients was supplemented by a portfolio of digital solutions for HR divisions of corporate companies.

2016: Revenue growth by 3.7% to RUB 28.51 billion

In 2016, CROC increased revenue by almost 4%, which was facilitated by IT services. This is stated in the message of the company dedicated to the results of the work.

In 2016, CROC raised 28.51 billion rubles against 27.49 billion rubles a year earlier. The turnover from equipment supplies decreased by 17%, but this decline was offset by a 10% increase in the direction of IT services (development of software, business applications, cloud technologies, audiovisual systems, virtual reality solutions, information security systems).

Office "Kroka"

Software development remains one of the fastest growing areas of Kroka's activities. In 2016, the volume of this business increased by almost 23% due to the state-backed policy on import substitution in IT and the demand for Russian technologies and open source software.

Kroka's revenue from business application development projects jumped 14% in 2016. The direction of transport logistics automation (TMS) and supply chain management (SCM) demonstrated the highest dynamics.

The direction of information security showed an increase of 12%, which was facilitated by contracts from banks and retailers, which are increasingly interested in identity management solutions. In addition, information security developments are actively used by state bodies in order to prevent terrorist threats.

outsourcing The direction of data centers retains a stable share in the Kroka revenue structure. This indicates high efficiency in the context of a slowdown in the development of the Russian market data centers and a decrease in demand for data center colocation services.

In 2016, CROC completed more than 2 thousand projects. The number of service contracts increased by 3.3%, and revenue from them - by more than 10%. The integrator attracted over 200 new customers.

2015: Revenue growth by 4.2% to RUB 27.49 billion

April 26, 2016 "CROC" published the results of its activities for 2015. The company's revenue rose more than 4% after a three-year slump.

In 2015, CROC 's revenue amounted to 27.49 billion rubles against 26.38 billion rubles a year earlier. The biggest upswing was shown by the industrial sector, in which annual revenues rose 50.8% due to the fact that companies actively implemented solutions aimed at optimizing accounting, consolidating the Treasury and financial management.

"CROC" interrupted a three-year drop in revenue

CROC 's revenue from government contracts increased by almost a third in 2015 compared to 2014. This was facilitated by an increase in the number of projects within the framework of the import substitution policy, as well as a vector to increase the efficiency of interdepartmental interaction.

"CROC" noted a large number of projects in the transport sector, in which the company's annual revenue rose by 19.4%. In the trading sector, there was an increase of 18% thanks to projects in the field of logistics optimization. In power, CROC 's revenue increased by only 2.1%, and there was a decline in the telecommunications, banking and oil and gas industries.

Among the directions in the IT market, CROC showed the greatest dynamics in software development, the revenue of the integrator from which jumped by 116.5% in 2015 due to import substitution policy and the needs of companies to save on licenses of imported software.

The direction of information security showed an increase of 22.1%. The main drivers of the information security market were the transition to domestic solutions, the fight against targeted attacks implemented through phishing mailings, as well as solutions for protecting virtual platforms and clouds.

CROC 's revenue in the direction of contact centers decreased by 24%, while the turnover in the segment of technological consulting and integrated security systems, on the contrary, increased by 25%.

2014: Revenue drop of 2.7% in roubles

In 2014, CROC's total business amounted to 26.382 billion rubles, which is 2.7% less than in 2013. The 8% drop in equipment revenue was offset by a 2.2% increase in IT services revenue. Some areas of the company have grown significantly: software development, application integration, construction of energy centers, the introduction of portal and mobile solutions, document management, network optimization. Especially noticeable is the growth of competencies in optimizing data storage, clouds, automation of logistics and supply chains, the implementation of ERP from 1C, network optimization, 3D modeling, service of computing, telecommunications, information and engineering systems.

CROC customers are 900 companies, of which 241 organizations are among the TOP-400 largest Russian companies. During 2014, CROC implemented about 2050 projects. The ratio of federal and regional projects in the revenue structure in percentage terms was 60% to 40%. The staff of the CROC at the end of the year is 2072 people, which is comparable to the number of personnel in 2013.

Over the past year, the share of the oil and gas industry in CROC's turnover has doubled, including due to the attraction of new customers. For example, for the customer of OJSC, Dalmorneftegeophysics the first Russia computing cluster was built for processing and analysis based on large amounts of 2D and 3D data obtained from seabed studies.

Revenue in the transport and logistics industry increased by 9.4%. The largest project for this segment was the creation of a situation and analytical center for OJSC Central Suburban Passenger Company (Central PPK).

The "miscellaneous" segment grew by 45.3%, mainly due to projects in the hotel business. For example, at the Four Seasons Moscow Hotel, CROC created lighting and voice systems with centralized control and with 1000 different lighting scenarios and background music for 320 different areas (meeting rooms, ballrooms, bars, restaurants, spas, public areas).

The shares of the public sector and telecom increased slightly - by 0.4 and 0.3%, respectively. The shares of the industrial and power segments remained at the level of the previous year - 7.4% and 6.8%, respectively.

The largest reduction was in the financial industry, the share in the company's revenue structure fell by 3%, although revenue from half of the 124 banks with which the company works increased in 2014.

The direction of software development has grown more than 9 times. The import substitution program has increased customer interest in open source software (opensource). For the Unified Medical Information and Analytical System (EMIAS) of the city of Moscow, CROC engineers have built an IT infrastructure based on opensource solutions designed for tens of thousands of users. In another government agency, the expanded CROC opensource solution has simplified the process of updating employee data, including information on organizational structure and personnel roles.

Application integration revenue increased 8.5 times. The growth is driven by the desire of customers to optimize their business processes by integrating the IT systems that support them. For example, a large Russian commercial bank implemented a project to create a single integration platform based on Oracle Service Bus, the main result of which was an increase in the speed of customer service.

According to the results of 2014, the revenue of portal and mobile solutions increased 4 times. The key interest of customers is the optimization of internal communications and improving the convenience of interaction with corporate systems from mobile devices. The revenue of the business applications segment increased by 4%. The direction of business analytics within this segment grew by 46%. One of the largest projects of the direction was the creation of a passenger traffic forecasting model for the situation center of Central PPK OJSC, which helps to flexibly manage the entire transport infrastructure of the carrier, including ticket offices and ticket printing machines, and reduces the company's operating costs.

In 2014, large organizations initiated projects to create financial management systems based on Russian. ERP 1CFor example, an oil holding operating in several countries with more than 30 subsidiaries and affiliates, with the help of CROC consultants, has implemented a project to consolidate IFRS reporting and implement a single treasury system, centralizing the management of its financial flows.

The competence of the CROC to build supply chains, manage traffic, sales and marketing promotions has significantly increased. In the pharmaceutical industry, CROC implemented a project to automate the processes of forecasting demand, forming orders, assessing the effectiveness of purchases, optimizing transport flows and distributing inventory for a company that supplies 19 thousand of its counterparties with more than 16,000 product items. Some CROC customers switched to an outsourcing model of service consumption Transportation Logistics Management () TMS from the cloud - a manufacturer that owns 5 factories, 4 warehouses and 2 packaging plants, generates 5000 transportation requests in the cloud TMS every day, carried out by 30 transport companies. The customer easily connects new contractors and logicians to the system and does not think about supporting and developing the system, but only manages SLA the clouds in speed.

The share of the segment of computing systems in the turnover of CROC increased by 2%. With heavy server sales falling, organizations are increasingly interested in solutions that both reduce hardware costs and ensure continuity, business processes speed, and storage and processing.
