2025: AggreGate Platform Competency Center Launch

The UltimaPlant company (part of the UltimaTech Group of Companies "") on September 22, 2025 announced the creation of the Platform Competence Center AggreGate from Tibbo Systems Russian the developer of low-code solutions for. Internet of Things UltimaPlant will help industrial companies comprehensively implement automation, dispatching and production management systems (). MES

The creation of the Competence Center is a response to the growing demand for low-code solutions, the market of which, according to analysts, adds up to 50% per year. These solutions enable businesses to accelerate digital transformation and reduce automation costs. UltimaPlant estimates that the implementation costs of the platform from Tibbo Systems are 2-4 times lower than the high-code solution. Prototype development (PoC) on AggreGate takes an average of 1-5 days, and development of the first version of the product (MVP) is 1-3 months. The Russian IoT platform AggreGate combines disparate systems and equipment at enterprises into a single digital circuit. From process visualization and IT infrastructure monitoring to building and MES engineering systems management, this enables you to create end-to-end, customer-requested solutions. With AggreGate-based solutions, companies control and manage building engineering systems, manufacturing processes, data centers, communications networks, and other physical assets.

We chose AggreGate because it's not a startup or an experimental product, but a mature platform with 20 years of history. It is already ready to solve complex problems at critical facilities. In the context of strict requirements for information security and software localization, this is a key quality that relieves the risks associated with regulation and security for our customers and gives them real technological sovereignty, "said Dmitry Moiseev, CEO of UltimaPlant.

The Competence Center offers the market a universal approach to all-in-one automation. Based on AggreGate, the company introduces products that allow you to visualize any technological process in detail, creating high-level mnemonic diagrams of complexity and designing intuitive interfaces for operators. The platform provides opportunities for the construction of distributed multi-user SCADA systems, provides monitoring and management of corporate IT infrastructure, and also allows the creation of unified control centers for the management of all engineering systems of buildings - from heating and ventilation to power supply and fire alarm.

The choice of UltimaPlant as a partner was obvious: firstly, the center was headed by the key expert of the platform Dmitry Moiseev, and this ensures a high level of its implementation. Secondly, the customer base and industry influence of UltimaTech, which includes UltimaPlant, provide direct access to enterprises that need a reliable, mature and fully localized solution more than ever. This is not just a partnership, it is the creation of a new ecosystem of technological sovereignty, "said Olga Micallef, commercial director of Tibbo Systems.

The key quality of AggreGate is its ability to combine disparate systems into a single ecosystem. It supports multi-vendor controllers and integration with information systems across a wide range of industrial and IT protocols. This allows you to build solutions, including for discrete, continuous and recipe production with deep customization to the specifics of the enterprise, avoiding unnecessary integration points and significantly reducing the number of integration scenarios. It is important that the platform can be used at critical information infrastructure (CII) facilities of 2 and 3 categories of significance. The platform is being developed in Russia, is fully compatible with Russian operating systems and is registered in the Register of Russian Software and Software.

UltimaPlant plans to actively develop the direction of MES systems for production management, where AggreGate has already established itself as a corporate standard. The creation of the Competence Center will allow companies to implement this platform as efficiently as possible, ensuring technological independence from imported software.
