Acquisition of 50% of Datana by UltimaTech
Industrial integrator of digital solutions UltimaTek acquired 50% of Datana, a developer of solutions for industry based on artificial intelligence technologies previously owned by Lanit Group of Companies, as well as 49% of Databriz, a developer of solutions for managing business projects. This was announced on July 12, 2023 to TAdviser by representatives of UltimaTek. The second half of the share in each company is retained by the real owners and current CEOs - Vladimir Zakharov (Datana) and Mikhail Kudrinsky (Databriz).
