2023: Acquisition by Wone IT

Wone IT (Van AiTI Solutions LLC), a full-cycle multi-vendor IT service company, acquired 100% of the assets of Automotive Dealer Services Rus (ADS Rus LLC), a Russian supplier of IT solutions and services for the auto industry. ADS as part of Wone IT will continue to support its current customers with already implemented IT systems and will operate under its own brand.

For more than 15 years, ADS Russia has been customizing and implementing dealership management systems (DMS), sales management systems in the dealer network CRM (), business analytics tools () BI mobile applications for sales and service in the auto industry, and also provides support after implementation. One of its key solutions is the incadea.dms system, built on the basis of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. According to the developers, this is a comprehensive dealership management solution designed specifically for. According to Wone IT, the purchase of ADS is another step in the implementation of the company's long-term strategy aimed at deepening industry expertise, diversifying assets and entering new markets. The first object of her interest was the hospitality industry: in the summer of 2022, Wone IT owners acquired the Sokos (now Wone Hotels) hotel chain in St. Petersburg, which became a "testing ground" for developing new industry IT solutions.

The acquisition of ADS will allow Wone IT to expand its presence in the automotive industry and offer its representatives an updated portfolio of solutions and services, including IT products from Russian manufacturers. The company's immediate plans are to find new partners, developers of specialized solutions for the car market.
