In November 2025, Azimut Hotels opened its first hotel on the territory of the Skolkovo Innovation Center. The facility has become an important element of the technopark infrastructure.

In August 2025, it was reported that Дом.РФ Bank invested ₽2,2 billion in it. According to the press service of Azimut Hotels, the new hotel was named "Azimut Hotel Skolkovo." The project was implemented to meet the needs of participants in the events of the innovation center, teachers, students and employees of technopark enterprises.

The hotel includes three hotel buildings with a total capacity of 224 rooms. The number of rooms provides for single or double accommodation. Individual rooms are adapted for people with disabilities, which ensures the availability of services for all categories of guests.

The hotel is located on Malevich Street in close proximity to the key facilities of Skolkovo. The distance to the international university "Skoltech" is 150 meters. The Live Arena concert venue can be reached in 800 metres. The technopark, with laboratories and offices of major technology companies, is a 10-minute walk away.

The choice of location is due to the convenience for business trips and meetings. Proximity to urban transport stations provides rapid transport accessibility. The hotel is adjacent to a green park and pond, where visitors can relax after a working day or spend time in the fresh air.

The hotel infrastructure is designed to meet the needs of modern business travelers. There are coworking areas for guests, which allow you to hold meetings and work in a comfortable environment. The hotel has a laundry for the convenience of guests planning a long stay.^[1]
