2020: Luxoft purchased CMORE Automotive

On April 9, 2020 Luxoft announced closing of the transaction on CMORE Automotive acquisition. Other its conditions preferred to leave financial side of the agreement of the company in a secret, as well as. It is noted only that the transaction was approved by regulating authorities.

The highly competitive portfolio of opportunities and services of CMORE Automotive and also their tool kit for development of pilotless cars will strengthen possibilities of Luxoft regarding development and check of automobile assistants (ADAS) for autonomous layer functions 3 and 5 — Dmitry Loshchinin, the executive vice president DXC Technology, the president and the chief executive officer of Luxoft said.

He added that purchase of CMORE Automotive will expand ADAS projects of Luxoft and will help clients to improve development, testing and certification of the relevant decisions.

According to the head of CMORE Automotive Richard Voller, the integrated customer base which requires shorter software development cycles for unmanned vehicles more and more will be suited by complex development and check of the systems of the help to drivers in big scales using artificial intelligence.^[1]
