The company develops software of Camo Analytics Unscrambler which processes storages of Big Data and provides their uniformity, high quality and clear representation, developers claim. The received data can be used in design, production, etc. By November, 2020 25,000 scientists, researchers and engineers use the Unscrambler tool.

2020: AspenTech purchased Camo Analytics

In November, 2020 AspenTech announced Camo Analytics purchase. The cost of the transaction of the company was preferred not to be made public.

Thanks to Camo Analytics acquisition the product range of AspenTech will be replenished with new solutions on the basis of process and analytical technology (PAT) and technology of overall effectiveness of the equipment (OEE) which will help to provide compliance to regulatory requirements, to reduce the number of waste and to constantly improve indicators, the press release says.

AspenTech purchased the developer of services of industrial analytics

According to the president and the CEO of AspenTech Antonio Pietri, development of Camo Analytics will become "excellent addition" of solutions of the company and will open new opportunities in pharmaceutics and other industries.

Now Camo Analytics will be a part of the company which plays the leading role in the field of industrial analytics and has contacts with key customers in all primary branches — the chairman of the board of Camo Analytics Erik Langaker said.

The CEO of Camo Analytics Raman Bhatnagar, commenting on the transaction, called AspenTech "the leader in the field of digital transformation". The companies adhere to the same look — capability to analyze data in scales of the company and to precisely predict its work is a key to creation of the intellectual enterprise of the future, he added.[1]
