2019

Name change

Since March 11, 2019, the name of the organization has been changed from NLMK-Accounting Center LLC to Corporate Solutions Center LLC.

As of September 2019, NLMK-Accounting Center has established a single service company, the Corporate Solutions Center, to provide services to NLMK Group and the international transport group Universal Cargo Logistics Holding (UCL Holding), including the First Freight Company. The deal will ensure a balance of interests of all companies - customers of the new center.

Change of ownership
