2022: Decrease in revenue of JSC Cinema Park by 43.2%, and LLC RSM - by 47.3%
JSC Cinema Park, the main legal entity of the largest combined cinema network Formula Kino and Cinema Park, in 2022 showed revenues of 4.6 billion rubles. This is 43.2% less compared to the result for 2021 and comparable to the level of 2020 (4.3 billion rubles). The net loss of Cinema Park JSC in 2022 amounted to 1.8 billion rubles, while a year earlier 861.8 million rubles of net profit were received.
The named united cinema network has another legal entity - LLC RSM, which operates 12 cinemas in Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the regions. 2019: Collaboration with CJ 4DPLEX to open ScreenX Cinema Hall
On June 10, 2019, it became known that the united network of cinemas KINO OKKO (Cinema Park and Formula Kino), together with CJ 4DPLEX, announced the expansion of a strategic partnership, within which the first ScreenX cinema will open in Russia.
ScreenX is a multi-projection technology for cinemas that provides a panoramic view of 270 degrees. To do this, two additional ones on the side walls of the cinema hall will be used as a continuation of the main screen. ScreenX technology combines multiple images into one that extends from the main center screen to additional side screens, allowing viewers to feel inside the film. The authors of the technology are CJ 4DPLEX, which introduced the 4DX format to cinemas.
The ScreenX cinema hall in Russia will open as part of the reconstruction of the Formula Kino Europe cinema in the Evropeyskiy shopping center in accordance with the announced format of cinemas of the united network - KINO OKKO.

2017: Rambler & Co, CINEMA PARK and Formula Kino cinemas and Azbuka-Atticus publishing group will merge into a group of companies under a single management
On December 13, 2017, Rambler & Co, CINEMA PARK and Formula Kino cinemas, as well as the ABC-Atticus publishing group announced the merger into a group of companies under a single management. As a result, a unique cross-media ecosystem will be created, covering "all screens" at once: mobile, computer, Smart TV and movie screen.
The vertically integrated structure will carry out a full cycle of activities from content creation (both in text and audiovisual form) to its distribution, display, as well as technological and marketing support, with the ability to maximize audience involvement through a single loyalty program connecting online and offline products and services. For this, the existing media, cinema and publishing assets will be supplemented by the production and distribution of content, as well as an online cinema.
