Control Department of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan

The control department of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan is an independent division of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Republic of Dagestan.

2021: Activities of the Control Department of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan

By decree of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan dated April 30, 2021 No. 84^[1] of the Head of the ^[1] was declared invalid Decree of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan dated November 28, 2016 No. 338 "On approval of the Regulation on the Control Department of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Republic of Dagestan."

The main tasks of the Department are:

• expert and analytical support for the implementation by the Head of the Republic of Dagestan of its powers on issues related to the Management;
• control over the execution by the executive authorities of the Republic of Dagestan, local self-government bodies of municipalities of the Republic of Dagestan (in cases and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation), divisions of the Administration, state institutions of the Republic of Dagestan and state unitary enterprises of the Republic of Dagestan federal laws, decrees, orders, instructions and instructions of the President of the Russian Federation, resolutions, orders and instructions of the Government of the Russian Federation, laws of the Republic of Dagestan, decrees, orders, instructions and instructions of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan, agreements and agreements concluded on behalf of the Republic of Dagestan;
• control over the implementation of national projects and federal programs (in terms of measures implemented on the territory of the Republic of Dagestan), programs for the socio-economic development of the Republic of Dagestan and state programs of the Republic of Dagestan;
• informing the Head of the Republic of Dagestan on the results of inspections carried out on behalf of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan, and preparing proposals on their basis to eliminate the identified violations and prevent them in the future;
• control over the implementation of the provisions of the annual messages (reports) of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan to the People's Assembly of the Republic of Dagestan;
• analysis and control over the proper implementation of the most significant (important) development projects of the Republic of Dagestan, municipalities of the Republic of Dagestan;
• information and reference support of the activities of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan on the management of the Office.

2015: Activities of the Control Department of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Republic of Dagestan

Decree of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan dated June 29, 2015 No. 134^[2] recognizes the Decree of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan dated January 24, 2014 No. 26 "On approval of the Regulation on the Control and Financial Department of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Republic of Dagestan."

By decree of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan dated August 10, 2016 No. 246^[3] of^[3] was declared invalid Decree of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan dated June 29, 2015 No. 134.

By Decree of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan of November 28, 2016 No. 338^[4] of^[4] was declared invalid Decree of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan of August 10, 2016 No. 246.

The control department of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Republic of Dagestan was a division of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Republic of Dagestan.

2014: Activities of the Control and Financial Department of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Republic of Dagestan

By Decree of the Head of the Republic of Dagestan dated January 24, 2014 No. 26^[5], Decree of the President of the Republic of Dagestan dated March 01, 2013 No. 70 "On Approval of the Regulation on the Control and Financial Administration of the President of the Republic of Dagestan and the number of its employees."

The control and financial department of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Republic of Dagestan was an independent division of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Republic of Dagestan.

2013: Activities of the Control and Financial Administration of the President of the Republic of Dagestan

By decree of the President of the Republic of Dagestan dated March 01, 2013 No. 70^[6], Decree of the President of the Republic of Dagestan dated April 03, 2006 No. 25 "On the Control and Financial Administration of the President of the Republic of Dagestan" was declared invalid.

This Decree defined the Control and Financial Administration of the President of the Republic of Dagestan as an independent division of the President of the Republic of Dagestan, operating under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Dagestan. The main tasks of the Office were:

• control and verification of the execution by executive authorities of the Republic of Dagestan, local self-government bodies of municipalities of the Republic of Dagestan (in cases and in the manner established by the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the legislation of the Russian Federation), as well as organizations of federal laws, decrees, orders and other decisions of the President of the Russian Federation, resolutions and orders of the Government of the Russian Federation, laws of the Republic of Dagestan, decrees and orders and other decisions of the President of the Republic of Dagestan;
• informing the President of the Republic of Dagestan on the results of inspections and preparing on their basis proposals for the prevention and elimination of identified violations;
• expert and analytical support for the implementation by the President of the Republic of Dagestan of his constitutional powers;
• examination of forecasts of socio-economic development of the Republic of Dagestan, analysis of statistical information on the results of socio-economic development of the republic;
• analysis of the formation and implementation of the republican budget of the Republic of Dagestan, programs for the socio-economic development of the Republic of Dagestan, federal (in terms of measures implemented on the territory of the Republic of Dagestan) and republican targeted programs, national projects on the territory of the Republic of Dagestan;
• control over the implementation of the provisions of the annual messages (reports) of the President of the Republic of Dagestan to the People's Assembly of the Republic of Dagestan;
• participation in ensuring measures in the field of prevention and combating corruption;
• coordination of the activities of state financial control bodies;
• directory ensuring activities of the President of the Republic of Dagestan for financial and economic questions.

2006: Formation of the Control and Financial Administration of the President of the Republic of Dagestan

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Dagestan dated April 03, 2006 No. 25^[7], the Control and Financial Administration of the President of the Republic of Dagestan was established. The administration was an independent unit of the President of the Republic of Dagestan, carrying out its activities under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Dagestan.
