2022: Activities of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Dagestan

By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Dagestan dated March 30, 2022 No. 60^[1] was declared invalid by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Dagestan dated May 19, 2021 No. 108.

The Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Dagestan is the executive authority of the Republic of Dagestan, performing the functions of:

• development and implementation of state policy, regulatory and legal regulation and management functions in the fields of housing and communal services, construction and architecture;
• for the development and modernization of housing and communal services of the Republic of Dagestan, including heat supply, hot water supply, cold water supply and (or) sanitation, and monitoring the implementation of investment programs in these areas;
• coordination of construction of facilities for state and municipal needs;
• state customer-developer for the development and implementation of state programs in the field of construction;
• to implement the state policy in the field of ensuring the development of the territory of the Republic of Dagestan in terms of urban planning, including territorial planning, urban planning zoning, territory planning;
• on the implementation of regional state construction supervision on the territory of the republic.

2021: Activities of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Dagestan

By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Dagestan of May 19, 2021 No. 108^[2] of^[2] were declared invalid by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Dagestan of June 3, 2019 No. 130. The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Dagestan was the executive authority of the Republic of Dagestan, carrying out functions for the development and implementation of state policy and regulatory and legal regulation, management functions in the housing sector, the sphere of construction, regional state construction supervision on the territory of the republic, functions for the provision of public services and management of state property in this area, as well as coordinating activities in these areas of other executive bodies of the Republic of Dagestan in cases provided for by law.

2019: Activities of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Dagestan

On the basis of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Dagestan dated June 3, 2019 No. 130^[3] of the^[3], the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Dagestan was an executive body of the Republic of Dagestan, carrying out state policy and carrying out management functions in the field of construction, housing and communal services, regional state construction supervision in the republic and functions for the provision of public services and management of state property in this area, as well as coordinating activities in these areas of other executive bodies of the Republic of Dagestan in cases provided for by law.
