2024: Transition to the Expants structure

UltimaTek Group of Companies has separated the product development business into a separate Expanta company. Representatives of UltimaTech reported this to TAdviser on December 11, 2024. The assets of Datana and Databriz, which previously joined UltimaTek, are transferred to the Expants structure in accordance with the strategy of separating product development areas and integrating the entire group of companies. 2023: Acquisition of 49% of Databriz by UltimaTek

Industrial integrator of digital solutions UltimaTek acquired 50% of Datana, a developer of solutions for industry based on artificial intelligence technologies previously owned by Lanit Group of Companies, as well as 49% of Databriz, a developer of solutions for managing business projects. This was announced on July 12, 2023 to TAdviser by representatives of UltimaTek. The second half of the share in each company is retained by the real owners and current CEOs - Vladimir Zakharov (Datana) and Mikhail Kudrinsky (Databriz).
