Corporate training

Corporate training – one of priority activities of the center. In the center raznourovnevy training programs in which industry specifics and features of organization activity, the accepted security policy and the used means of protecting, functional duties and degree of responsibility of different professional categories are considered are developed.

Programs of increase in awareness of personnel in information security field

The Information Security Awareness programs are focused on risk minimization of the company and reduction of losses from unintentional actions of personnel during the work with corporate information systems and information of limited access.

The training center offers development and implementation of increase in awareness of staff of the company in questions of information security on the basis of the security policy admitted to the companies of the customer, taking into account an organization structure of the company, features of activity of employees and the nature of use of means of the automated information processing by them:

• resident and distance learning;
• induction of new staff of the company concerning information security;
• maintenance of the atmosphere of information security: development of banners, posters, booklets, brochures, the instructions animated and videos, screensavers, computer games; souvenirs; newsletters.

Occupational retraining in the Information security direction

Program duration - 512 class periods

Structure of the program (for October, 2018):

• Natural-science cycle – 144 hours
• Professional cycle – 200 hours

The Informzashita training center suggests the staff of customer organization to undergo occupational retraining in the Information security direction of 512 class periods.

According to the results of training in the listeners who successfully mastered the program diplomas of the set sample about occupational retraining on information security are issued.

Retraining in the Information security direction is focused on implementation of qualification requirements of FSB of Russia to personnel of the companies licensees reflected in software of the Russian Federation No. 313 of April 16, 2012.

Forms of education: internal, internal and remote.

The program is approved with FSB of Russia, FSTEC Russia and cybersecurity UMO according to the Order Ministries of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of December 5, 2013 No. 1310 "About the statement of the Order of development of the additional professional programs containing the data which are the state secret and additional professional programs in information security field" and entered the corresponding register of training programs. It reflects requirements of federal state standards of the higher education for the Information security direction and also requirements of professional standards and qualification requirements designated in the All-Russian qualifier of specialties.

The structure of a variable part of the program and the diagram of training decides separately on each listener at a stage of approval of the Agreement on retraining passing.

Retraining of listeners can be performed both once, and step by step, including, by means of mastering of separate training courses and passing the practician on information security.

Modules of the Program are issued in the form of separate rates at which it is possible to study with a gap on time and in the different sequence (according to the individual diagram of training and the lesson schedule).

Occupational retraining according to this Program is performed based on the higher and secondary professional education. Persons are allowed to mastering of the program of retraining for information security:

• having secondary professional and (or) higher education;
• getting higher education secondary professional and (or).

On the basis of the provided documents the commission of experts of Informzashita Training center performs the analysis and reoffset of disciplines (rates, modules) of a natural-science cycle and a variable part then for the Listener the individual schedule of passing of the Program of retraining forms.

On mastering of the program to the Listener it is taken from 3 months to one calendar year from the date of transfer to Training center. According to the results of training in the listeners who successfully mastered the program diplomas about occupational retraining in the Information security direction which conform to requirements of software of the Russian Federation No. 313 of April 16, 2012 are issued.

The program is constructed on modularity that allows listeners to be trained short cycles, without dropping out for a long time of production process. Listeners have an opportunity to independently pick up the convenient diagram according to the schedule of courses of Informzashita Training center and own employment.

The general duration of training can be reduced by reoffset of the disciplines passed earlier in the presence of the relevant documents (diplomas, certificates, certificates, etc.).

The course program of retraining has 2 components: "Natural-science cycle" and "Professional cycle". For October, 2018 "The professional cycle" includes such obligatory disciplines as:

Rates of a variable part allow to adapt the program of retraining of specialists to their production tasks, professional to interests and functional duties. They are selected from the list provided for this direction by the pupils or heads of divisions of cybersecurity of the organizations directing specialists to retraining. Training in the program of occupational retraining is provided in an internal, remote or internal and remote form. Classroom classes in modules of the Program include lectures with demonstration of the presentations, practical works with specific hardware-software and technical means of protection and also laboratory practical works in specially equipped laboratories.

Classes in rates of the Program are conducted by regular teachers of Training center – the specialists having experience of practical work in different areas of information security support including the design, development, operation and assessment of means and information security systems having the academic degrees and certified by the different manufacturing organizations of means of protecting.

Occupational retraining "Information security. Technical confidential information protection"

Informzashita training center the information security suggests the staff of customer organization to undergo occupational retraining in the direction ". Technical confidential information protection".

The program is approved with FSTEC Russia and focused on accomplishment of qualification requirements to workers of the applicants of the license (licensees) on technical confidential information protection set in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 03, 2012 No. 79 (with the changes made by the resolution Governments of the Russian Federation of June 15, 2016 No. 541).

The program is intended for the heads and persons authorized to direct works on technical confidential information protection and also the engineering employees who are engaged in technical confidential information protection.

For October, 2018 the total amount of the program – 490 hours, including 360 classroom hours that corresponds to the normative term of training determined by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 03, 2012 No. 79.

Forms of education: internal, intramural and extramural, remote.

The persons having the higher education in the direction of preparation (specialty) in the field of mathematical and natural sciences, engineering, technologies and technical science are allowed to mastering of the Program.

On the basis of the provided education documents or advanced training of Informzashita Training center by the methodical commission the analysis and reoffset of disciplines (rates, modules) then for the listener the individual schedule of passing of the Program of retraining forms is performed.

Modules of the Program are issued in the form of separate rates therefore training of listeners in the Program can be performed as once, and with a gap on time according to the individual schedule of training and the lesson schedule.

On mastering of the Program one calendar year from the date of transfer on training is allotted to the listener.

Economic safety

Economic safety rates are focused on different employee categories — both commercial, and state companies. History

2018

The Informzashita training center celebrated 20-year anniversary.

The training center congratulated the 70 000th listeners to whom there was a specialist of 1 category of department of information security of macroregional branch "Siberia" of PJSC Rostelecom Alexey Seredin.

2016

In Informzashita Training center there were changes in managing structure: since January, 2016 Andrey Stepanenko who replaced at this position of Mikhail Savelyev is appointed the head of Training center.

The Informzashita training center in 2016 offered the listeners more than 10 new courses. Steady demand on training in products of domestic manufacturers, such as "Code of security", Positive Technologies, Krypto-PRO is observed.

2012: Mikhail Savelyev is the new CEO

In the spring of 2012 the former CEO of Safeline Mikhail Savelyev was appointed the head of training center.

2011: The CEO Zoya Popova leave the company

From June 01 to June 28, 2011 in Informzashita Training center there took place scheduled exit inspection of Roskomnadzor during which no violations of requirements of the legislation for personal data protection were revealed.

Requirements imposed by the Federal law to the organizations personal data operators became effective in full since July 1, 2011, and from this point FSTEC of Russia and FSB of Russia are connected to conducting checks. The scope of subjects to which requirements of the law and bylaws extend is considerable, and includes actually all legal entities of Russia locating information systems in which data of personnel body and accounting are processed at least. Understanding importance of observance of requirements of state regulators, specialists of Informzashita Training center in 2008 began to develop a line of the rates devoted to this subject. Today questions of security of storage and personal data processing are considered in four programs of Training center which are focused on the most wide range of specialists - from heads of the enterprises and their structural divisions (personnel, legal, information) to the workers who are directly responsible for data protection and record keeping.

Zoya Popova who was the head of Informzashita training center created home consulting company "Emelyannikov, Popova and Partners" together with Mikhail Emelyannikov. One of shareholders and founders of Informzashita Dmitry Yershov came to its place.

2009

For November, 2009 the Informzashita training center had Department of Education Moscow license No. 023947 for conducting educational activity, preparation and retraining of personnel to areas information security and also the state accreditation of educational institution of additional professional education to areas information security (certificate No. 0296).

In August, 2009, according to the requirement of the Federal law of July 27, 2006 N 152-FZ "About personal data", the Informzashita Training center was registered in Roskomnadzor (authorized body on protection of the rights of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation) as the operator processing personal data of the workers, students and contact persons of customers of training and partners.
